    I rented from them at the Bowling Green Ky location, I was the perfect tenant, never late on my rent, no complaints from anyone yet they kept 450.00 of my 980.00 deposit, the place looked exactly like it did when I moved in on the day I moved out, they charged me 30.00 for a blind that was already broken and came from the Dollar store, probably cost 7.00 they charged me 15.00 for a range filter, it was not dirty, I cleaned it, I am just discussed how they treated me and kept my money.
    I should have ran when I signed the lease, handed it to the lady and she immediately tells me there is a brown reclus problem and that I would need to have a pest control company treat the apt, that was just so wrong, I would never recommend them to anyone..

    Illegally kept $820-$103 paid of security deposit per KY TENANT LAW KSR 383-580 when it was supposed to be returned in 30-60 days after being kept in seperate account to be readily available to return & it hasn't been sent in 105+ days. I moved in and was dirty & MGMT knew yet I cleaned & updated it nicely so deserve refund as cleaned & had carpet professionally cleaned when moved out. I need my money to pay my bills for Sept, THIEFS!
