      They sold us me a rusted, junk engine. The mechanic will not install it, but Jaspers will not take a return. Real bad attitudes when I talk on the phone, and they hung up on me several times when I politely asked for a return as they promised I could do at purchase. They do not honor their own 30 day return policy. Real jerks!

      one month after warranty is out motor locks up. dealer pull head and cam to find out cam is junk cheap part. Is this by design, i think so. customer service tells me to f off its out of warranty and off our books.Jasper may have been a good company years ago but not now. Like alot of companys these days they put profits over customers,and it will catch up to them in time. Carma is a *****, just read the other reveiws i wish i had. Just another never again customer

      Had a Jasper engine installed, 11,000mi. Later rod starts to knock . I believe they use infierer parts. This engine should have lasted me many miles . STAY AWAY from Jasper engines .

      DO NOT BUY JAPSER ENGINES. I am on my third engine in less than a year. I am out THOUSANDS of dollars that JASPER will not reimburse for even though it's their fault the engine failed with blown head gasket. The "WARRANTY " WILL NOt pay for installation of the failed engine. I give one star because there is not a negative star. . DO NOT USE JAPSER. Buy a New long block and save yourself the heartache and frustration.

      Great experience. Working at a shop and we deal with Jasper a lot for transmission and engines. Out of all the items we’ve purchased and installed, only had 1 thing happen which we got in touch with Jasper and they handled the situation great.

      We purchased a remanufactured front differential from them in February of 2023. I typically would not buy from them, but they were the only place I could find that had what we needed. The replacement unit took a month to ship, which was difficult, but tolerable, given the circumstances. We installed the unit and delivered the vehicle to the customer. Two weeks later the vehicle was towed in from Bend, OR (We are in Hood River) with the transfer case completely melted down. Upon investigating, we suspected the new front differential may be the wrong ratio. We ordered a 3.73 ratio diff., verified by the dealer AND Jasper by VIN. They billed us for a 3.73 diff., and shipped a 3.42 ratio. The ratio is not determinable from the outside... The difference in gear ratio destroyed the transfer case. When talking to the Jasper warranty department, they agreed to send the correct differential, but declined any coverage of the transfer case citing "consequential damage". I would agree it's quite consequential... Consequential to them making a mistake. They offered to do me a "favor" and sell me a transfer case at a discounted price. NO. CHANCE. The replacement differential was another 4 weeks out to ship... and after three and a half of those four weeks, they called and let us know it would be another six weeks... But if I wanted, "We can refund you for your purchase and close the case." After the 6 weeks, we received the unit and installed it, as well as a new transfer case from another supplier. There's no dispute form Jasper that this was their mistake, and yet, after buying my customer a new transfer case, reimbursing them for towing, and paying my tech to repair the vehicle, this has cost me $2,796.61. On a job I profited $877.45 on. Not to mention the damage to my reputation, having a customer out of their vehicle for 10 weeks due to Jasper's incompetence. It would appear I have no recourse, and I am out almost $3,000 for trusting Jasper with my business. NEVER. AGAIN.

      Great company to partner with. Awesome customer service. Have used them for engines, turbos, transmissions, fuel systems and differentials. The few times I needed to call for a warranty issue, they helped resolve it quickly.
