      My wife and I pay for monthly trash pickup included thru the city of New Albany via EcoTech. Every month we have to call and tell them our trash was skipped. If we don’t catch it the day of, then we are forced to wait to the following week to have it collected. This has been an ongoing situation for many months and every time we’re given the excuse that the supervisor will let the driver know. We always pay on time have don’t have and have never had an outstanding balance. This isn’t a deal we can opt out of as it’s thru the city, but we aren’t being provided the service we pay for. We are forced to use them because of backroom deals. Something needs done about this and would love to seek legal action for their failure to provide the service.

      Thank you for contacting us!   Due to the snow and ice on side roads and alley ways, we had a difficult time picking up some untreated areas.   We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.  The safety of our drivers and those around us are of the utmost importance.

      The customer's concerns were relayed to our General Manager, **** *****, (prior to receiving this complaint) and he did speak with the customer directly.   We sent a smaller truck out that day and did pick up all of the trash at their home.     

      Aside from weather delays, we have instructed our driver to contact us if there are any issues picking up at this residence in the future.   In turn, we will contact the resident directly to resolve any issues.
