      Our trash is regularly skipped intentionally by the garbageman that works my route in New Albany, IN. Ecotech is not very responsive via phone to resolve the situation.
      But you better believe they expect you to pay for the weeks they fail to provide service. Credits are never issued to the account when this happens, they blame the customer for not having their can out in time rather than having accountability.
      Even though I have video evidence from security cameras showing the garbageman getting out of the truck to pilfer through my trash and deciding he doesn't want to take it for whatever reason, Ecotech still does not hold themselves or their employees accountable.
      Would never recommend this company for anything.

      We apologize. This gentleman has called in many times and have talked to numerous people of authority. EcoTech has surveyed this account and discussed the issue with the driver and his supervisor. And have found no current infractions. We will continue to investigate this issue.
