Awara's latex hybrid mattress is a sleep paradise. It's incredibly comfortable and eco-friendly. I've never slept better, and I appreciate the commitment to sustainability. I will mention though, they say 7/10 firmness but id probably give it more like a 5.5 or 6, which is fine for me but others idk.Awara Sleep

This review is not specifically for NectarSleep, but rather one of the companies that is under their parent company, Resident Home. This review is for Awara. Because neither Resident Home nor Awara are on BBB, I am writing the review here as I'm sure NectarSleep has many of the same shady business practices as the other two companies.After much research, I bought an Awara mattress in late 2019. One of the reasons I chose Awara is because of their Forever Warranty. I've really enjoyed my mattress until a split formed in the memory foam over the past several months. According to the warranty, "any physical flaw in the Mattress that causes the foam material to evidence degradation, split or crack, despite normal usage and proper handling" is covered. However, because my mattress has the typical stains that accrue from years of nighttime sweating, I was told that my mattress is "soiled" and the warranty is voided because another section of the warranty says that the warranty doesn't cover "defects caused by physical abuse or damage to the structure and/or cover material, including but not limited to: *****, cuts, tears, liquid damage, or stains." I don't know how Awara can tell that my split was caused by SWEAT stains without even looking at my mattress in person. Plus they can use this handy loophole to deny anyone's requests to use the warranty by claiming your mattress is soiled from everyday sweat. It's icky and wrong. The language in their warranty is also vague regarding this, but their customer service wouldn't budge.Additionally, there is NO way to write a review on their website if you are unsatisfied. There are hundreds of reviews from "Verfied Reviewers," but no way for anyone who has bought the product to write a review. I even asked multiple customer service reps if they could send me an invite to write a review and they "don't know how to." I can only conclude that these are all fake reviews. SHADY COMPANY. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM OR SUBISDIARIES!Awara Sleep

Do not buy from Nectar, or any products from Awara sleep. We purchased a king size mattress two years ago and it has already failed ** miserably. It has caused irreversible damage to our backs, hips, and necks. After reaching out to Nectar several times, we were offered a refund if we provided necessary photos. We provided all of the photos and information then for a customer rep to say "sorry can't give you a refund!" ************ is scamming consumers into a "free 365 days" with their false advertising. And causing horrible damage to buyers bodies. DO NOT BUY.Awara Sleep
