Pinnacle properties is an out of town owner and operator of properties located in **************. They do not fix things at any of there properties. Emergency maintenance number never answers, (2 yrs now).. Took 3 hours to inform office that sewer is backing up into 2 units and flooding it. They came and snaked outside line, said do not use water or toilet till we can get a plumber and then left without cleaning or doing any work with the standing water in both units. I called corporate and they are never there as well. They have several numbers that reach no one and a p.o. box ..help us please bring this to the community and company's attentionInitial Complaint

My security deposit, in the amount of $350.00, has not yet been sent to me in the form of a check, My move-out date was June 30th, 2022 at **** ********** **** *** *** **** ************ ** *****. I gave a written 30 day notice on May 30th, 2022 along with my future forwarding address. I placed my 2 keys that were issued to me for the apartment in an envelope and placed in the rent drop box per directives from Management ****** *****) on July 1st, 2022. According to Indiana Law, the landlord must return the tenant's security deposit within 45 days after the tenant has surrendered the rental property to the landlord. I still have not received my security deposit and It is extremely difficult reaching Property Manager ********* at the number to given to me which is ************ **** ****. I'm having trouble getting my air conditioning fixed I am a disabled veteran and have a pet. This has been going on for a month or better. A person did come 2 weeks ago and stated that a line was leaking and would be back next day well it has been two weeks since then. I called our apartment manager she told me she has no clue what is going on that she has no control over maintenance and that the weather is not hot I did tell her it was a month ago and I told her there is a disabled vet that lives in apartment she stated that does not matter.Initial Complaint

Hi, my name is ******* I've been leaving there for more than 2 years, from day 1 when i fill out the contract i pointed out thing in the apartment that needed to be fix, and the person from the office took note on the contract and told me there were coming to fix these things, more than 2 years have pass and not a soul have been in my apartment that i pay every month with no problem, #1 problem my windows, they not seal at all, you can feel the wind from outside and my light bill is high, #2 my screens on the windows have holes in in so i can't open the windows because of that, and now in OCTOBER 5, 2021 the water heater valve broke, as you can see in the pictures and flooded my entire apartment and damage my rugs and furniture and i have mold all over the house in the corners and floors, the floors are coming off their original place, lifting which i have CUT MY FEET A FEW TIMES, because all the water that got underneath the hardwood floors, and i reported this and nothing have been done almost 1 year ago now, all they did was fix the water heater valves and that's it, NOTHING ELSE IS BEEN DONE, i pay my rent on time I'm a very very clean person, and all my floors are a mess and LIFTING out of place and drawing BLOOD OUT OF MY FEET, to many times i call them, email them etc., to the property and main office, and nothing is done, I'm tire of this, and they broke the contract when they decide, to not fix nothing in the place i live, by contract anything that happens inside that apartment is their responsibility not mine, i been fixing things out of my pocket, WITH MY MONEY, because they don't come out and fix them, so i hope that with this pictures and this statement something is done and these people are held accountable for all this and the way they making me live. And they are trying to collect some money almost $300.00, because they say I've been late on rent.i never been lateInitial Complaint

My security deposit, in the amount of $300.00, has not yet been sent to me in the form of a check, as they stated it would be. My move-out date was June 30th, 2022 at *** ******* ** (******* *****), ******** ** *****. At the end of May, 2022, I did exactly as they stated for me to do which is to place my last month's rent payment, which was for June, 2022, in an envelope along with the 30-day move-out notice letter stating my move-out date, and place it in the deposit slip box at the ******* ***** Leasing Office. On June 30th, 2022, I placed my 2 keys that were issued to me for the apartment in an envelope, along with a note stating the address where to send back my security deposit, which my new address is *** ******* *** ******* ** *****. According to Indiana Law, the landlord must return the tenant's security deposit within 45 days after the tenant has surrendered the rental property to the landlord. Obviously, I have not received my security deposit within the 45 days since today's date that I am writing this complaint is August, 18th, 2022.
