      I called this company for an estimate. The service employee came out and looked over the house I was staying in and gave me an estimate. I should have known better than to sign anything. He said he need my signature for the estimate for his boss. A week later I was hurt and moved back home. Fast forward, I received a letter from an attorney demanding $1400 for the installation of a water softner. When I called Western Clean Water and asked them about this installation. The owner said "You signed the work order for a 24-month rental" Nothing I could do. I was never notified about court dates or anything pertaining to this water softner.
