    Feb 22 , I paid for bat exclusion and sealing my foundation and roof to prevent further activity. Bat cones were installed , they never came back to remove the cones , nor did they follow up . Ive called , emailed , left ******** messages , and called again and again, because part of the roof and foundation was never finished , screens were never installed . Long story short , I still have Bats living in my walls . The cones are still on my house and Ive had to hire another company to finish what was started by Michiana , even though their work has a 5 year warranty, which means nothing I cant get a hold of anyone .

    I hired Michiana Wildlife Trapping LLC 2 for help with racoon removal. I also noticed other chewing and scratching occuring that seemed to be a different pest, my assumtion being squirrels. They came out, installed a one way door and replaced two peices of soffet that i had found in the yard. While they walked around the house, they did not plug any other holes or address the squirrels AT ALL. When i brought this up I was told that the squirrels were probably entering through the same hole as the raccons, which I knew was unlikely because the racoons were entering on the west side of the house through the roof while the squirrels were active on the east side. A few weeks later they came out to remove the door. I had no more soffet peices so they attached some wire mesh. Online they advertise professional repair of damage, clean up and a five year waranty. Since they have left the squirrels have all but taken over. I hear them day and night in all parts of the house. I am terrified of not only the effect on my familys health but also of an electrical fire! I have called numerous times for them to come back out but they either never answer the phones or do not show! I am a server and I work for tipsI paid $1500 for them to attach a 2x2 peice of mesh to my roof! And now I dont have enough to call somebody else to care of the problem! They are a scam, and I venture to even claim that these guys are on drugs! I was never sent the contract I was promised, all I recieved was an invoice for the remaining $750 as I paid in two installments for a total of $1500

    We hired *****?A?N?A? WILDLIFE? TRAPPING LLC. back in July to rodent proof our home for a total of $2,800. A service person arrived, put on chimney cap on and put some sealant in spots that "the squirrels may be entering from."They never pinpointed the actual entry point and the little work they did, did not prevent the rodents from entering. They came back a few times, but never resolved the issue, or did the work outlined in our contract. After a few trips back to resolve the issue, they could not determine an entry point and ignored are calls for several weeks. Finally, after several calls on our part the owner came out and stated they would put mesh all around the foundation of our home and guaranteed it would be done in a week - that was roughly 2 months ago and the job is still unfinished. A team member came back once and did about 15% of the work and hasn't been seen since. The company has literally rescheduled with us 13 times to finish the job and has since just stop contacting us altogether.During the roughly 6 month period of negligence, the squirrels have continued to enter and destroy our attic. When asked about the delay they sited product shipping issues, but refused to provide an estimated delivery date (which is provided when ordering any product these days). With the winter month approaching, we needed the project completed before the ground freezes, so we hired another company. They stated the small bit of mesh that was installed, was installed incorrectly and would need to be redone. In short, the company did a small portion of the work, took our money and ran. We acknowledge they did some (albeit nowhere near what was outlined in our contract) of the work and feel a $2,400 refund would be a reasonable resolution. We feel we have been mislead by this company and have concerns about the quality of their work and do not wish to do any further business.
