    I paid them **** dollars that included a 5 year guarantee to get rid of my squirrels in my ceiling on 5/5/22. They came out a few times maybe 3 right after doing the job because I still had squirrels. They stopped coming back out and now they blame it on a divorce of a employee and still haven't solved the issue.

    In June of 2022, I paid $2,450.00 to have my residence bat proofed. They were to seal all entrance points, leaving just two with exit only devices placed over them. This was to come with a 5 year warranty. In late December I had a bat fly through my house. After catching and releasing it, I attempted to contact Michiana Wildlife using the numbers listed on their business card and on their website only to be told the numbers had been disconnected. I tried to send an email only to have it come back as undeliverable. Desperate, I posted a 1 star review on a googled website. I got a response from them apologizing and saying that they were going through a transition to new ownership. It was an ******* number, they previously had been based in ********************, I live in ********, ********. I called and left messages, receiving no response. Finally, on the 4th call, a man picked up, I explained my problem and we agreed that they would come to my home on January 24. No show. No call. I again attempted to contact them. They wouldnt return calls. On February 15th, I had to again catch and release a bat. I placed another call saying unless they responded, my next call would be to the Better Business Bureau. So its February 20th, and I am making this complaint.
