    Was eating Catalina Crumch Protein Mix Cream Ranch flavor and tooth and Mouth injured by a very large nut shell. It was hidden in the mix dangerously indicated recklessness and contamination. Feb 24th paid $7 would love a proper resolve also for them to do a proper recall nationwide for the safety of others

    I made what I thought was a one time order of Catalina Crunch peanut butter cookies. I made no indication of reordering but I received a 2nd box of cookies and my debit card has been charged $39. I hav tried to contact this company to stop any further orders but they have made it nearly impossible to contact them. There is a phone number but there is no live person to speak with. I have left voice mails several times with no response. There is an email listed in their email response with the name *********** instructions to contact ************************************ They requested additional information about my order which Ive sent 3 times. The email said I would be contacted within 48 hours. This has never happened. Ive emailed 8 times with no response. On the packaging slip it says I get a new order every 30 days and Im concerned that by the time anyone responds to me, there will be another charge for more cookies.. Im including all of the information on the packing slip in case its helpful in resolving this problem.     My name is ***************************** and I am the ** Manager for Catalina Crunch.  I received a letter at our plant about the complaint referenced in the subject line.  I reached out to our customer happiness team regarding the issue.  They stated that the customer's subscription was cancelled and the customer was informed prior to the date of the letter.  Our customer happiness team has been very busy in the past month due to other issues.  Their responses have been delayed more than usual but they are responding to each case they receive.  Please let me know if the BBB requires any additional information from our company.
