    I ordered cereals and cookie bars from the Catalina Crunch website mid December- quite expensive totaling $109.00. ($59 for 20 bars!) I received the cereals in the mail a week or so later but no cookie bars. I assumed they would be in a separate shipment/box and didn't think much more about it. It was holiday time with many distractions, and I forgot about the bars. When I realized beginning of January that I had not received the bars, I contacted the company. The only way to communicate is by messaging, no phone number is given. A couple days later, I received a response back saying to send a photo of the "product, box, and label all in one" when received and they would look into it. I responded back saying that I had not taken a photo of the package as I assumed the bars would be in a separate shipment and was requesting resolution of the issue. After receiving no response back after over a week, I messaged them again reviewing the issue and previous correspondences and again asking for resolution. I again received a message back saying, "sorry", that was their policy- they needed a photo. I messaged back again requesting a call from a manager/supervisor but again did not receive a response back or call. I have since contacted my credit card company, who will be intervening on my behalf, but I find this unacceptable behavior by a company. I have never experienced such abysmal customer service and company policy.
