      Kingdom Roofers is a fraudulent fake which which cares zero about clients and only wants to turn a quick buck. I had me roof replaced 02/15/2023, Kingdom Roofers chose to install zero flashing on the dormers which in turn caused nearly $5,000 damage to my house. Now I get no responses, I sent an email including the insurance adjuster's statement, called multiple times but the refuse to address the issues.

      Kingdom Roofing Systems will never refuse to respond to our customers. Our CRM dates and time stamps our communications with customers which would prove that the claims of no response are not accurate. In fact, it would show that this customer has been unresponsive in working on a solution with our team, with this last stent of not responding for for more than two months after our last communication.

      As a company that has been in business for more than a decade, it is impossible to be fraudulent or fake and stay in business for that length of time. We take pride in our work and aim to go above and beyond for our customers. A resolution can not happen without cooperation from the customer.
