      A mini split ductless unit was installed 9/1 in living and bedroom areas along with 2 air movers for spare rooms. During each consultation, the salesman **** explained the air movers would pull air from the room with the unit and pull into the others to create a more uniform temperature. We would have a dimmer switch to control it as well. 3 weeks after install they finally got an electrician out to finish installing everything (not entirely their fault but they didn't disclose this was an issue prior) and they did not put on the work order for him to hook those up as well. what they installed is not at all what was described. You have to stick a s**** driver in the middle (while on a step stool) to change air flow. We were told there would be a dimmer switch, and we'd have control of the use and flow. They basically gave us **************************** turn we have a giant unit for the bedroom that is so strong its unusable because of this non working idea **** had. This was our 3rd major complaint with them, the first 2 have been mostly resolved but this one they keep dodging. We've called many times, maybe 1 out of 5 we get a response back but we are usually at work. Call back when we can, and get the run around again. We had to start calling from numbers not associated with the account to get someone besides the receptionist. **** and **** continue to ignore us, and their manager should have been included long ago(but again, all we can do is leave voicemails) We spent ***** and have our first bill due before everything is even working properly. Others have encouraged to call an attorney, the only reason I haven't is my fiancee is worried home comfort will retaliate. That's how unprofessional they have been. We want either 100% what was explained, or the air movers taken out and a smaller correctly sized unit installed installed for the bedroom . We also want a minimum of the first 2 months of payments paid to us, due to their negligence we can't use our product

      We have been working with this customer for a while on this . We were unable to see the complaints . We now have that worked out . We will have a quick respond from now on .
