      Watch your CC bills if you hire ExperiGreen! I agreed on a 1-year contract with them to resolve a creeping ******* issue. After 1-year the creeping ******* isnt resolved and ExperiGreen treated the yard again even though I only did a 1-year deal the year prior. I was charged a significant amount more than the agreed upon price from the year prior so I called to inform them that I didnt want the service due to only agreeing on a 1-year contract and the call center said they would refund the service and cancel the payments. The yard was continuously treated and continued to be charged. After a long run-around on the phone for a second time this year I was finally able to get the service canceled(hopefully!). The company was charging me an additional $93.75 for a grub treatment that wasnt agreed upon or mentioned at all. Take it from my experience and **** ExperiGreen and move onto another company if you need yard treatment!!!

As noted in all communications from ExperiGreen, our services automatically renew from year to year unless we receive a request to cancel. According to our records, you spoke with one of our representatives in May regarding cancellation. During that conversation, you agreed to continue services as we offered your next application at no charge for the issues you had been experiencing. Please note that all of our services are backed by a satisfaction guarantee, and we did not receive any requests from you for a free service visit to address weed issues, which is always available to you under that guarantee as a customer of **********************. In regard to the grub control treatment, this was a service you received last year that renewed for the current season as part of the ongoing program. That said, we understand there was some miscommunication and weve issued a refund of $93.75 to your credit card. Your account has been cancelled. If you have any further questions or would like to discuss anything in more detail, please dont hesitate to reach out.

      Used to be great at treating my lawn. Now I'm being ripped off. ********* was great. ****** doesn't care about the job he does and it's clear. I just discovered he's only been treating my front and not back. I was wondering why my back looked so bad compared to the front. I decided to cancel and they never even offered a refund/credit for the service I didn't fully receive. Made no attempts to retain my business after I requested to cancel. They ended up requesting a partial refund for the last treatment that was not even half done. I don't know what this guy's problem is but I'm going to have my neighbors who use this company take a look at their camera history too. One of them already said he hasn't treated theirs fully either. I can't believe the company I once recommended to everyone is ripping me off now.

      We were surprised when Experigreen actually deducted money from my husbands **************** account without authorization! We never hired or had a contract with ExperigreenRankin in the past but not Experigreen! They said they put an application on our lawn but we never saw themjust the signno one ever came to our door or left any kind of receipt for service performed! We already have a contract with ************ .paid in full! We are now being harassed and threatened by them with a collection agency! We always pay our bills on time and have excellent credit! We had **************** dispute the claim and they refunded the money back to my husbands account and we will not pay for a service we did not hire!!!!

      The most arrogant, rude and unprofessional staff. The lawncare technician is sneaky, never calls my phone to make me aware of his presence. Comes in quietly, apply the lawncare and leaves. Very suspicious behavior. The customer service agent told me that the lawncare technician will call me when he arrives. That never happened. Either the customer agent is lying or the lawncare guy does not give a s***. The customer agent will sell the product that are pathetic. Never hire this Lawn maintenance service, very poor and very expensive.

      a phone call in expressed then that we were not interested in the service,. Feb 25. despite repeated calls to lawn care service, ExperiGreen continues to call and has even provided robocall collection agency calls for a service which we have never wanted. we cannot get a response back about this or damage to the plants that was created by overspray of flowers and fruit bearing ***** ***** in the. these were not requested nor expressly authorized by me. I received no prior written notice indicating that my service contract would be subject to automatic renewal. At the time of service, I was unaware of any such renewal policy, particularly as ExperiGreen had assumed operations from ****************, whose standard business practice did not include automatic renewals.Upon contacting ExperiGreen's customer service department to dispute the unauthorized service, no resolution. Despite my continued objection and lack of consent, the company continues to attempt collection of payment for unauthorized services. This attempt to collect a debt for which no contractual agreement exists has been a continuing source of aggravation by phone and by mail notification without response.

      If I could leave less then 1 star I would. The most ignorant, rude unprofessional staff and management. The technician ****** came to my house to service left without performing service then reported I declined service. Completely lied!! When speaking to management **** who wanted to just brush me off proceeded to dismiss my complaint and then hung up in my face. Do not use this company!! They are awful

      My provider, *********, appears to have been acquired by ExperiGreen. Beginning late 2024, through the Spring of 2025, I made numerous attempts to cancel my service. I emailed, spoke to representatives via phone, and stopped the technician from treating my lawn telling them each time to cancel my service. However, they records are so poor they still applied treatment. Now they are demanding payment and sending it to collections.

      had been a customer for many years. Last year, my service for my lawn left a lot to be desired. It looked awful, I called and complained, and I talked to the tech who came out. So this year, I did not renew. They came to my home and did a treatment without my consent in March. I have called 3x and spoke to ***** A manager was supposed to come out to talk with me and look over my lawn. That never happened. I have received invoices for the treatment I did not order or want. The last *** I spoke with said she would take care of everything and cancel the invoice. Though I had solved the issue, I got a collection notice today. Not a happy customer! I will be telling everyone about my experience with your company.

      Heres a sharper, meaner version that doesnt hold back:?This company is a straight-up scam run by incompetent liars. I was charged $66 for a service that never happened. I canceled immediately, only to be contacted by some guy named ***** who admitted they charged me for nothing. He promised to make it rightsaid hed send someone out for free if I re-signed, and even threw in a discount for the next treatment. Against my better judgment, I gave him my card again. Big mistake. They charged me another $66 andshockerno one ever showed up. This is a pathetic excuse for a business. *** now had to file two fraud claims in one week. Not a single follow-up, no accountability, nothing. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this dumpster fire of a company.

      Last summer somehow my yard half died and looked absolutely terrible. We called to see if someone there could come out and advise us what needed to be done. I emailed pictures to their support team and heard nothing back. I always had weeds close to the road, in my ditch and around the flowers beds. I finally canceled their service. I wouldnt recommend them to nobodyawful. Ive lived in my house for 35 yrs and it has NEVER looked so bad.
