      I contacted customer service because my lawn care had stopped coming for four months to which I was told that "I had called and told them I lost my job and could not afford service anymore". I told them this was not the case, that I had never lost my job, and I had only contacted them in August to report that the lawn care I was receiving was not being applied to my backyard. I asked them to put a pin number on my account to prevent this from happening in the future, to which they refused. They then proceeded to tell me they listened to the recording of the previous calls and that the voice that called stating that I had lost my job was mine, despite me telling them otherwise. They then claimed I left a poor review and someone spoke to me about this review; I checked all the review sites and have not found one review from myself, thinking "well maybe I did leave a review considering my lawn care abruptly stopped for four months without notice". The day they claimed that they called me regarding this review I was out of the country with no phone service so there was no way I would have received a call. Despite calling to discuss this matter multiple times, out of concern over my personal information connected to this account, they refuse to believe me and are taking no action to prevent this from happening in the future. It is extremely frustrating that not only was someone able to discuss my account and cancel my service without my knowledge, but prior to this half my property was not being treated for months on end.

      I have requested a "Core" aeration service for my lawn. However, a "Liquid" aeration service was performed without my consent.I have called your customer care and expressed my concern over this matter and requested that "Core" aeration service be performed as I requested earlier.I am still awaiting the core aeration and getting concerned that the time of the year for performing the core aeration is being passed.I have email confirmations which are prudent enough to say that I categorically requested for core aeration and not liquid aeration.Please arrange to have the core aeration service at the earliest.

      PLEASE READ!!!Lawn care is lawn care. If you cannot do the simple things right, how do you run a business. Simple thing as in SHOW UP TO THE HOUSE YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO AND NOT THE NEIGHBORS AND START TEARING UP THIER YARD. Never used this company before. They knocked on the door one time, didn't speak with anyone at the house (myself or my wife), and immediately starting aerating the yard. Funny thing, I was having 70 people at the house 2 days later for my son's 1 year old party outside! Everyone got muddy, the yard looks terrible, and I never asked for their services. Tired to reach out to the company to get some help and nothing. Party is over, yard is tore up and company won't respond. I am telling everyone in the neighborhood to not use ExperiGreen.

      I first used this service in 2021. I saw no improvement in my lawn and told them not to return. In August 2022 they came out to aerate the lawn. I did not agree to have this done. Several months prior I was contacted regarding the aeration service. There is a recording of the conversation stating that I did agree to this and the contract was extended for several years. I have no signed contract nor did I request them to return. However, I did not use the word cancel therefore they automatically renewed the service. When I complained, I was told I need to pay the ****. I was home the day they supposedly showed up and sprayed both the front and back of my property. I was wide awake. I have a picture window in the front and the picture window overlooking the backyard. I have a dog that did not bark when someone would have been in the backyard or the front doing anything on the property. There were no flags left to indicate that anything was sprayed anywhere. The lawn looks terrible. When I called to complain, I was told that they reviewed the audio conversations with me and the sales rep and I did not cancel. I requested a copy of the conversation and was told they were not able to do that. So in essence it's their word against mine that anything was actually applied. My neighbor who was working outdoors that morning claims he never saw an ExperiGreen vehicle. If I could rate this company below zero I would. I am 75 years old and on a fixed income and after numerous phone calls agreed to pay $10 a month until the $311.97 **** is paid off as this is all I can afford.

      I started using them in 2021. My lawn looked improved at the end of the year. Hence, I continued with them in 2022. Then it became a total disaster. My lawn looked totally lacking in nutrition and there were weeds everywhere on my lawn. I paid them foroverseedingin the fall of 2021. But this year I noticed that not only the originally bold places did not get any new grass, but also the other areas were also becoming bold. My lawn has become the worst one on the block. There are mosquitos everywhere after their treatment. I have contacted them several times during 2020 about my concerns. I was told that it would improve after the next treatment. It never happened. It is just getting worse and worse. I had to cancel their service. It is totally unprofessional and their service is unacceptable.

We have already begun the process of refunding your remaining prepay amount of $285. Because it is being refunded in the form of a check it will take a little longer to receive. They have agreed to refund my payment. As of yet the check is in the mail. Funny all my mail from them came smoothly to the **** address. As of yet no check!

      I had a nice yard when they started coming out. Now I have weeds and a grass growing that I have never seen before. They told me if I got rid of the grubs the moles would go too. I have more moles then ever and again weeds are everywhere. I asked them please email me day before they come out to make sure my dog is up. They said ok and never would do it. Also told them to put sign in yard so I know it was sprayed so I could make sure the dog and grandkids stay off. They just wouldnt do what I ask. Terrible company.
