      I had one of the gears on my electric awning break and was unable to purchase just the single gear without buying the entire gear replacement pack at a cost of 75 dollars so I called there customer service and told them that I was not happy after that they emailed me back apologized and sent me a new gear for free !!! In the world we live in today that's rare for a company to do that so hat's off to lippert manufacturing company

      I ordered a replacement part for my rv solid steps. Ordering was a little complicated but the order did get set up. Upon the arrival of my part I was VERY disappointed and not pleased when it arrived. I emailed CS and within a few days they refunded my payment and sent me a "good will" lift assist kit. ************ went over and above handling my problem and what I thought would happen when I complained. I'm very pleased with their customer care!

      I ordered a replacement theater seat from lippert because there oem lippert peeled in 4 years.They sent me the left hand side in one shipment and I recieved it after about 2 weeks. The Right hand side has yet to come. They have been paid but after about 20 calls to there service department talking with someone daily they say it has been shipped with ***** but ***** says that they are waiting to receive package from shipper. It has been over I month now. Still no right hand theater seat. Now I have one half of a couch and they have my money.

      On 7/13/2023 we were traveling on I-40 approx 1 mile from the *********** ** exit. When suddenly our camper tire blew out. We had a spare tire but our **** was no where to be found. We were easing down the interstate on the side of the road when a kind soul in a white work truck pulled in behind me and blew his horn. The name Lippert written down the side. He introduced himself as ***** and asked if he could help and of course we accepted. He had a hydraulic **** and all the tools needed to get us back on the road. He had ** fixed ** in about 15 minutes. I was afraid for him because the interstate drivers have no regard for a stranded vehicle and often made no attempts to give him the space he needed to work. He was truly a god send and refused any payment just asked us to pay it forward. True kindness is humbling and we are grateful to ***** for helping us. He is a true light to shine for your company and an obvious asset!! Thanks so much *****.

      Purchase a new Forest River SolAire in 2019, all was great until I noticed pin holes in the awning fabric from **********************. Check on the warranty which is 5 year, so I reached out to Lippert CS for a warranty replacement . Filled out the form and sent them pictures of all the pin holes, which will come apart soon.Well, CS email me back to say: " After an extensive review of your request, as well as all pictures and documents that *** have been provided, we regret to inform you that due to damage and not defect, we will not be able to offer warranty coverage, which would also include parts and labor, for this claim."Now how can pin holes be considered damages, when in fact the awning fabric manufacturing coating was not built up to par. But they will sell me the new awning fabric to replace it, how connivant.

      Good morning, *****. After reviewing your case internally in our system, with the information provided, our customer service center followed proper procedures identifying your awning fabric that was in fact out of warranty. The coverage is as follows: Awning fabric that is original from us that was installed by the **** manufacturer of the unit, that coverage is 1 year from date of purchase of the unit. If the fabric was an aftermarket purchase, then the coverage is 5 years. I apologize if that was not clear to you from us on those date coverage terms. Beyond that, pin holes, which can be caused by various reasons such as, small embers from campfires or from broken branches from trees falling, those we consider physical damage and are not covered by us. However, in this case, we are willing to goodwill you a replacement fabric with free shipping to a business that can replace it for you of your choosing that you can cover the cost of that physical replacement. If that is acceptable to you, I can email you separately to collect your information on where you would like it shipped to and I can get that order going for you. Please let me know at your earliest convenience as your camping experience is what we want to make sure, you are still able to enjoy using our products.

      I reached out in mid-June for help/specifications on a specific part. I reached out with the chat feature on their website (extremely delayed response), I called the service line (no response), I emailed customer service (no response for 24+ hours). When they finally responded to my question, they confirmed that the part in question was compatible with my RV. According to their website, Parts ship in 1-2 days. After several days, I received an order confirmation, that explained that the order would not ship for 5-7 days. After hearing nothing for 7 days, I called in and spoke to CS. She reassured me that the product would ship that day; arrived at my house the next day.Part WAS NOT COMPATIBLE with my camper. After some research, I discovered that nowhere in the product description on their website were the specs that I asked for (unavailable; nonexistent.) I called CS, CS let me know that I could 1) return the parts for a full refund (no restocking fees), 2) I would receive shipping labels the next day.The email the next day from CS explained how I would receive store credit. This email did not include return labels, despite the previous days confirmation. Thus began a week-long back and forth to CS trying to get the proper paperwork and labels. In total, I heard from 7 different CS reps.Having worked in manufacturing and sales myself, it became apparent that Lippert is more interested in "sales" than "serving people." The poor CS stems from poor management overall. SOPs seem nonexistent for finding solutions. Lippert gives off the impression that they are a wholesome, successful company. Yet this string of failures proves otherwise. I in NO WAY blame the employees who I worked with. The blame lies with the organization: I blame management for these systemic issues, and I blame the company as a whole for its model of inefficiency. They made it clear that small-time customers have less value than their major clients, based n the way that they operate.

      Our 5th wheel had Dometic awning and the fabric needed to be replaced, Dometic was lmpossible to work with so we decided to contact Lippert. I spoke with **** and explained my issue she asked me for the measurements of my awning and said she could replace it with a Lippert awning so I ordered it.The awning shipped within 1 week. There was an issued with the shipping *** so I called Lippert and spoke with ****** and explained the issue,she told me she would look into it and get back to me, within one hour ****** called me and said the issued was straightened out the awning arrived 3 days later. With the help of a few friends the lippert awning was installed in place of the Dometic.My wife and l are extremely happy with this purchase and the professionalism and prompt attention that we received with any issues that came about from the customer service reps at **********************. Job well done will highly recommend your company. Thank you.

      We bought a travel trailer and after a few years the automatic **** failed. I found that the bushing had broke. I contacted lippertt and tried to buy a bushing to fix the problem. They told me that they would not sell me one and that I would need to buy a new ****. I also just had my second axel go out. I just removed it and found out that it is also a lippertt product. I personally will never buy a trailer that has any lipertt products on it. It is time to step up the quality.
