      Please be aware if you have any part issue to be prepared to wait forever for your part. If you have to send it back, you will have to pay for shipping and a restocking fee. This is even if they had sent you the wrong part number to order. I have found that its cheaper and easier to replace the refrigerator with another one from Lowes than to get one side bin for the inside of the refrigerator. This all started on August 11, 2022 and I still do not have a bin.

      Bought a Lippert ******************* for my cargo trailer. The $300 **** lasted 2 years before the thin clear plastic covering the switch fell apart. That lets water into the switches and makes the **** useless. No parts are available for the **** which has a 1 year warranty. So the **** after 2 years no longer works and cant be repaired. I will never buy Lipperts products in the future.

      I was contacted by Lippert about the ******************* issue. They sent a new **** right away to replace the defective ****. The new ******************* came and upon opening the box, I found the **** was broken. A large crack and a chunk broken out. I again advised Lippert about the broken **** I received along with pictures. They have not responded in any way since.

      Sent Lippert two emails explaining the ******************* they send was broken in the box. No response to any emails I sent. Buy from Lippert at your own risk. Send defective products and dont respond to any emails

      Gave Lippert 3 chances before doing this review. My wife and I bought a brand new 2022 camper. She is a travel nurse and we wanted to save money on rent. First time out in SC the left side of the awning buckled (piston in the inner arm snapped in two) right before we are supposed to head out to NM. There was no wind that day and my wife witnessed this happen as well. I successfully got it back to the dealer in GA for "warranty" service. To add, I still have 5 months left under warranty. So we left the camper in GA and drove to NM to rent an apartment, which I was fine with because I thought it would surely be fixed under warranty. Well, I call the dealer and Lippert denied the claim. I was told I had to pay $1200 plus labor. I called Lippert and filed my own claim. Denied as well. Dealer called Lippert to try and push harder for me now Lippert is only going to replace the bent arm cover. Big deal! Luckily I came to a reasonable solution with the dealer, but it is still costing me more money. Now I am not happy with having to pay the extra $3000 in rent to stay in NM. I could have bought 2 brand new awnings with that, teaming up with my Dad and put it on ourselves. To note: the same thing happened to my brother in law's 2021 with a Lippert awning. I no longer trust Lippert products or their values that they profess on their website. It's not the dealer's fault. It's the fact that they have to deal with dishonest companies. So, I took this review straight to source. I would be interested to hear their actual definition of "warranty." You can't count on theirs. No reason this should not have been fully covered. Once said and done my camper will have sat in the repair shop for 3 months. After dealing with Lippert myself, they have earned every bit of these reviews given on BBB.

      I purchased snap trim s**** cover and drip cap for my entry door. It took them almost 2 months to ship the items. The package arrived undamaged yet the s**** cover is destroyed. They literally fold this thing in half to fit it in the box

      I purchased a lippert Ground Control TT system in July 2022. unfortunately since the product wasn't directly purchased by me, but instead via a shady RV Dealer whom I won't mention I have NO warenty. Thus my $3500 purchase has to wait to have a $550 5 inch One control touch screen replaced by the shady RV Dealer or some other RV Dealer. Sounds like a solution, I think not the shady RV Dealer can't get me into the service for 3 months. I tried all the alternative dealers and the next available appointment isn't until mid September. The ONLY solution I have is to purchase a New 5 inch One Control ***** or wait 2 months until a Dealer can buy a new control panel and return the defective unit. This company only stands by there product if you purchased the product directly from them. So be sure if you want this system installed that YOU are directly purchasing the product from them. And then cross your fingers that you will find an authorized dealer to install it. There are other solutions out there so consider your purchase carefully.
