November 16, 2022 bought $5243. 00 worth of merchandise, which claimed to remove facial lines, and reduce pore size in facial area. I returned in January 5, 2023 to receive facials that I was also promised to help decrease lines and pores. There another product was offered and purchased also claiming to reduce fine lines. Resulting in a purchase of $2,140.00. That was when I started getting headaches after using the products. I have gone back and tried talking to the business about my headaches. They did not believe what I was feeling There is no account/order/tracking number as everything was bought in person.

    Hi ******,

We are sorry for the customer's feeling. The customer bought on 01/05/23 (I am attaching the receipt). The customer makes a claim that has nothing to do with the purchase. The machine works on RED LIGHT technology that helps produce collagen and helps renew the skin. This is a very well-known technology that is used in facial treatments, in spas. We also showed a research client from ****** how good this technology is. If the customer claims that she has a headache, it is recommended that the customer contact her family doctor and check whether it is a lack of drinking water or a lack of calcium in the body, but we are not doctors and do not know what causes the headache.

    Sincerely,

    *********************,

I am rejecting this response because: I understand that they did explain how the process works. But many times I tried to use the products and still got the same headaches. I did go to my primary care provider, was told there's no reason for the headaches. I can only say from my experience using the products, I experienced headaches lasting up to 5-7 days. Many of the products are unopened due to the headaches I was too afraid to use anything else. I am sorry for the inconvenience but I would like to be reimbursed for the products.

We are very surprised to hear about what you feel, we have never heard such a response that someone gets a headache after using the red light technology because even if you go for a facial treatment at the spa they use the red light technology.

In any case, even though more than 30 days have passed, we want to help you and want to keep you as a happy customer with us in the company and we will give you an exchange or credit in the store so that you can buy daily care products or you can purchase facials, of your choice.

I am rejecting this response because: I cannot use the creams or even get facials due to the headaches I feel. I would rather just return the products and devices. And would accept at the least $5000 in return. Also due to the fact that I did not see any changes while using the products. Again sorry for the inconvenience.

We really want to help you but our return policy is no refund, exchange within ********************************************************* the store and you signed it .
Although we have never heard of a problem that red light causes headaches, on the contrary, it helps headaches, in addition to that, the products you have that you can use on a daily basis are not related to red light.

We understand that you simply want to return the products and you want your money back and not any other solution, but we cannot return money because of our policy, but even though it has been over 30 days and we also do not have to exchange the products for you, we want to help you and make you an exchange in other products.

Thanks and have a wonderful day.

On December 29, 2022, I was walking through the ******************** & was stopped by a salesperson at a kiosk & asked questions about my skin products. He told me I could have my skin analyzed at a store they have in the mall. I then went to the store with him. After entering the store I was taken into a facial room & asked to sit in a reclining chair. Another salesperson, *********************, came in and immediately put a lotion on my face & started talking & asking questions non- stop about a device. The device was a infra-red light tested by ***** Class II medical device cleared by the **** etc. to decrease lines and build collagen to improve sagging skin. I admit I was engaged in the product he was talking about & purchased a device he said was worth $12,000. but would sell to me for $8,000. if I agreed to be a promoter of his product I assumed he was talking about the device. He stated he did not work for the store but was a consultant for the device. He never said the device was being sold through the store and he never said the store had a no return policy until after I paid for the device and he started piling all these products of creams into bags to give to me for being a promoter. There were no signs in the facial room stating a no return policy and I think I was led to believe I was dealing with him as an independent contractor for the device as he was not affiliated with the store. I left the store & immediately decided I did not want this and returned the device & the product to the store. He refused to credit my account. I contacted *************** said I couldn't dispute the charge because the store has a no refund policy. I returned to the store on January 2, 2023 to return the unopened **************** & again the salesperson, ***, stated he could not credit me because he doesn't work for the store. He said the store manager would call me. It has been a week and I have not heard from the manager.
