  Advertised for a facial on sale. I made the appt. I went in to the mall, but there wasn't even a name on the store front. 3 people were by the door, so I asked if I was in the right place. A woman came out from the back she welcomed me. We went thru a room that was messy and full of large boxes. Then we went into a small room for the facial. All was fine. After the facial she said the men would like to ask questions about my skin care. At that point there was such high strung, fast talking sales pitch, it was mind boggling. It was non stop. Trying very hard to get me to put $ ****** on a credit card with them for creams. . Then one man left to get the other guy. I felt frozen in my seat. The 2nd guy started with his sale pitch so strongly. He wanted me to buy a $7999. Item on their credit line. I kept saying no he kept talking and talking. I finally bought something so I thought they would let me leave. They kept the talking and questioning up, for 2 hrs. I finally got up and walked out. I fell like with no signage and the sales tactic they were using they were scammed with a store front. When I got home I put a review online. Other people said they paid over $4000.00 another said $6000.00 just to end the session very out of there. There was no rest room. Then people reported the store had changed the phone. Store also texted people to say the appt they made had been canceled. Things are not right there ! I hope you can look into it.

  THEY ARE FRAUD WITH ALL THEY TELL YOU, THEY HAVE A SIITE IN MALL GET YOU THERE 1ST THEN WALK YOU TO STORE BY FOOD COURT, TALK AND SHOW YOU THINGS, THEN ANOTHER GUY TAKES YOU IN BACK ROOM, TALKS & SHOWS PRODUCT WHILE YOU LAY IN A RECLINING SEAT, WALKS OUT ALOT AND TRYS TO GET YOU TO CONCENT TO BUY MORE SPENT OVER THOUSAND DOLLARS!!!! I TRIED TO SAY NO BUT HE KEPT AND THIS IS FRAUD. I HAVE 10 FACIALS WENT FOR ONE, A JOKE **** NEVER ASKED TO SET ***********, THEY WILL BE GONE AFTER XMAS!!! TRIIED TO TAKE THINGS BACK FOR REFUND WITH MALL SECURITY, HE COULD NOT GET INVOLVED, I ****** KNEW, WAS THERE TO PROTECT ME. I WILL HAVE TO FILE A CLAIM IN SMALL COURT AGAINIST THEM WARNING ALL WHO READ THIS

  I sat in the store for almost 30 minutes and never seen anyone. I tried to call the phone thinking maybe if they were in the back they could hear but nope. I was the first appointment for the day, the gate was open and the lights were on and there was even a jacket sitting on one of the chairs but nobody was ever on the floor. Worst experience Ive ever had! I live in ******* and had to drive all the way to ******* all to leave dissatisfied. I left a voicemail explaining what happened, left a review on their ******** page and even replied to the previous ******** conversation I was already having with a representative which was also read and ignored, very unprofessional. I would not recommend this business.
