      I have tried to cancel my subscription for 2 months online and VIA chat and kept getting charged. I called today they told me I cannot get a refund for the 2 months because it wasn't canceled. I unsubscribed in February 2024, it gave me an error on my screen then went on to another screen after stating unsubscribed. Got charged. Chatted on their website beginning of March they said it was done. Got charged end of March. Messaged back end of March they stated again they would cancel my order. Charged again. Called today spoke to ****** in CS she stated no refund, asked for a supervisor or manager she stated there is not one. How is this? Had to go to my bank today to stop payment. This was a huge mess and bad business. How can they say they are canceling subscription but keep charging you and saying they don't do refunds. This sounds like a set up to me.

      My parents paid for paper delivery service. At some point it stopped being delivered. It was a nightmare straightening out the issue, speaking to a manager, and getting a refund.As for myself, they set up my digital account twice (with different **** numbers), using my same email address and payment credentials. After I cancelled the subscription, only one was cancelled (didn't know I had two) and they continued billing me and refused to refund my cc under their "no refund policy" for digital accounts. I was told my only recourse was to request a charge back from my credit card provider.The offshore customer service rep could only provide me with classified ads or obituary phone numbers when I wanted to escalate the issue.I cannot recommend them any less.

      My service price was double what had been advertised. When I wrote in to ask about it, they said that the "regular paper" was $12/mo, but the premium doubled that. I said, then regular is what I want, but they said that is not an option. Feels like false bait and switch advertising.
