The photos that are included in my file are the ones that are currently how my basement looks you can see they mounted a door and there are about 2 inches between the door frame and the wall, also the bathroom trim is broken and still shows sewage they claim to have cleaned. I don't know what Mr. ******** is talking about personal gain. They remove carpet carpeting that we told them was not even in the area that was affected. They also removed walls and  I have pictures of all that and the walls they  took out have no damage it's plain to see. They had a drunk employee here wandering around our house, losing our house keys. The only personal gain here is is that Mr. ******** walked off with $17,000 after telling us he would reimburse us for doing the water mitigation and for the floor to be done neither which has been done we paid for the floor out-of-pocket. we find out now that Mr. ******** is unlicensed to be a public adjuster.using his own contracting business calumet river construction is a conflict of interest and illegal. It is my right as a consumer to report truth about a fraudulent business. Without being threatened with lawyers. The basement is the way they left it accept the floor has been completed at our expense. There is still no trim in our basement and the bathroom has mismatched walls where they all matched before the loss. They also painted over walls and I have pictures of the stains on that wall but was told it was too hard to replace the wall because the furnace was there so they just painted over the damage.

To say this is a purely inaccurate review is an understatement. All work had been completed except the flooring. The contractors hired do not do flooring and the Raimbaults were well aware of that. We will supply photos showing the blatant dishonesty showed by the homeowners. The adjuster from the carrier had multiple instances of blatant lies being told for personal gain and we would also be happy to add the Carrier into this complaint. We ARE contacting our attorneys today and will pursue an active suit as all documentation and photos completely disregard their desperate lies.

So the work HAS been done minus the flooring which our contractors do not do. We have had a floor person reach out and to no avail. All their asking for is every ***** taken it back? Ok, well the majority was from mitigation services which are time stamped by a CRM and those timestamped legal docs were submitted using carrier format for the totals. The homeowners originally said there were no fans in their house. Even told the carrier that we performed no mitigation and obviously that was NOT true. In our line of work we deal with **** of this blatant fraud attempts and lies about services performed in order to hopefully rob the company of all monies. We have text stating they are super happy with ALL THE WORK we did. Now, we did nothing??? *** ******** owns ************************** and is NOT a ******* PA and doesn't claim to be. He's a Illinois Public Adjuster and one of the more knowledgeable contractors we know. He able to serve an agent to the Region PA anytime he feels like it.

I am rejecting this response because:

Mr. ***** was never at my house. I never met him. I never saw him. I don't know what *** ******** is telling him, but *** was the one we've dealt with ***. Let us to believe that he owns region public adjusters when I went to the office, there was no ******

there only *** ********. We were told we were going to be given the money for the flooring and so we went with cheaper than carpet so that we could get it done without paying out-of-pocket. region public adjusters ripped out our carpeting and walls in a room that wasn't affected by the claim And I told them that several times in advance and they did it anyway I have pictures of where the sewage was I still have pictures of where the sewage was and you can come and take a look because they didn't do the work and the sewer affected trim and walls are still there and still smell. Mr. ***** wouldn't know that because he's never been here and I've never met him.

I am rejecting this response because: The contract is signed with **** Which is ***************************. The permit was NOT with **** The "license" was expired when they "adjusted" my home.  No certification, license or insurance was filed on their companies until AFTER my home was "finished".  According to HIS paperwork, if there was a "Structural issue" or any additional work to be done, I was supposed to sign a document and ship the additional information to my insurance company. NONE of which ever happened. He wrote a letter to my insurance claiming he was a licensed adjuster yet, it was not his license number.  I was never given a date and time as to when construction was to begin. What materials they used or gone over what work needed to be done. They had me fill out paperwork for shingles and what color brown to use on my gutters. That were Professionally done.... See photo. I will attach photos of my roof. Additionally, I have messages from ***** saying its not his problem its *****s. - But, wheres the paperwork on that? ***** also stated that ************************* was the one who worked for ***** and now works for "***, so *****s is useless".  ***** is ***, so he had the ability since 2019 to finish the job. ****** chose not to. They did not do a proper job on my home. I myself have been sick and so have my children due to the mold exposure in my home."

*************************** is a licensed public adjuster but was not the public adjuster of record on this file. *************************** does own ******* ***** Construction/ The Region Public Adjusters/ The Gutter Gods and several other entities. The Region is an ******** entity with several ******* Public Adjusters that work under its umbrella. We did adjusting work for *****************. We got the upper part of her roof approved through ******** ****** and the lower leaking part was due to excessive wear and tear and structural damages. We hired *****'s roofing who was licensed, bonded and Insurance in Lake County, IN to put a new roof on. The same structural issues that were originally present were not taken care of as homeowner could not afford to do woodwork on the home. I believe ***** employees have attempted numerous attempted repairs even though it was clearly marked on their work order that they were not responsible for preexisting structural damage. ***************** has been advised by The Region multiple times that roofers are not fixing the problem it's a structural issue. She was blocked off all company communication due to excessive verbal abuse/sarcasm and we simply want no further communication as we completed the ***************** we were hired to do. Not sure what her filing this complaint on our company is supposed to do as she knows we were not the contractors. We were just the company that represented her through the claim process. I attached the copy of the excellent review ***************** left for us after our work was done. Obviously, her issues are contractor related.

Again, *************************** was not the Public Adjuster on file. Insurance does NOT PAY for neglect on homes. The damage was present when you bought the home and I'm sure was not your fault. Serious structure repair is expensive and when brought to you was something you were not able to take on at the time. If *****'s agreed to do the roof again, will you be willing for the woodwork needed to make the structure sound? This info can be communicated to ******, and something can possibly be worked out from there. We still have a open invoice here for the deductible which you were supposed to pay and never did. Do you feel as if you were misled as to the structure being damaged? We feel you've been told that by everyone and yet it's still everyone else's problem. So for the record. ****** was the PA on the file. She is no longer in the industry, but I'm sure has kept files and will recall approving the claim signing. *** did not have anyone on staff at the time that was with ******. One employee went to *** a year later. We have tried to communicate the contractor's terms multiple times. So, you need a new roof? Or it done again? Then relay to ****** that you'll pay out of pocket (up front) for structure repair and I'm sure they'll go about getting this solved.

      Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because: I am aware of what contracts I signed and with what company. Are you? Why don't you take a look there ***** and you tell me. Insurance surly doesn't pay for neglect. My home doesn't show neglect from me or previous owners. However, it does show some from you and your sister companies. That you failed to mention to get a large portion of the insurance check.  In the documents you claim that you are going to tell clients if you did or didn't have any stakes, you did not. I'm sure still haven't to all the other clients you scammed.

So, what damage are you talking about? There was not any until you and your companies were on my property. Unlicensed, unprofessional and uninsured. I think in fact, that my address was your first scam. All of the documents I found are before you actually were licensed and insured.

I have all of the documents to prove. The woman's license number you wrote at the top of my paper was EXPIRED when you did the "adjusting". She won't remember my house as she was never there. Would she lie and testify that she was in court? What documents state to my insurance that there was "structural damage"? What information did you relay that there was a larger problem causing any issues? I don't have any, however your contracts state if there was, you would send in info and pictures to them and me.  Don't you remember your major selling point. YOU won't even have to pay your deductible! Just, we won't hang all the drywall and paint additionally you would take the labor fee.

You are the contractors, so what do you mean? You're unable to explain to my insurance the fraud you committed, you didn't even follow the agreements that your documents state. You have multiple dates and times on all documents.  No documents or proof of anything to what you're talking about.
Yes, I need a new roof. Your unlicensed and drunk employees on my roof nailed shingles into my flat roof. Causing more damage and mold.

Where are the documents that I agreed to have drains put in? Where are the documents that I agreed that the work was finished? You state again in your "contracts" that I would have to sign agreeing work was finished and up to standards.

So again, I would like to discuss how I will be refunded.  I will  need repair and replacement.

      *****************,

We obviously have different ideas as to the process in which we went about working your claim. ****** quite possibly had extensions on timeframe dude to covid but regardless ******** ****** would normally catch something like an expired license. If she needs to show in court that it was not intentional then it is what it is. We have turned this issue over to our legal team and will let them handle this from here. We apologize for the misunderstanding and any lack of communication that went on between **, contractors, PA's and everyone else involved. We went at this with the intention of helping you. We have photos of the damage present when we started and we feel it reflects the issues that are going on today. We appreciate every client that trusts us to help them. Out of 390 this is our 2nd complaint. 1st was resolved when the client realized they read the estimate wrong. We are not going forward with this back and ******************** on recommendation from our council.

       Thank you
