  The Wonderful work they did on my home was impeccable. They walked me through every step very thoroughly and got everything I needed covered through insurance. I truly recommend this company to help you with your home renovations through insurance. it was only $1000 out of my pocket and I received siding, a new roof, Gutters, and a few extras. THEY"RE PHENOMENAL!! I give them above 5 stars.

  In early June, Zach Spencer, my representative, from The Region Public Adjusters stopped by my house. After the second time I decided to call him. I called him and set up an appointment to meet. After a detailed talk, Zach filed a wind and hail damage claim due to damages sustained from the weather. Zach introduced me to Tony Bronski, and they spoke to me in detail and told me that they weren't going make any false promises, which I loved from the beginning. Zach and Tony were very transparent and very genuine on the details.
  After the claim was filed, Zach kept in touch with me and kept me up to date with how the process was going. After the claim was approved, Zach and Tony came to my house and showed me the work that was approved by the insurance. Zach and Tony re-read the work order to my wife and I to make sure there were no misunderstandings, which I loved.
  September came and Calumet River Construction came and performed the work. The roof and gutters on the house were replaced without incident. When it came to the garage, there were some unforeseen obstacles. The plywood panels on the roof were worn and torn from the weather. CRC was not able to finish the replacement of the roof unless the garage was fixed.
  Zach and Tony immediately began working on the issue. Zach and Tony rearranged the funds into the garage, and they did an amazing job!!
  At the end, the roof shingles and the gutters on the house and garage were replaced. The plywood on the garage was replaced, I got almost a new roof for my garage!! The work was great and done in a timely manner!!
  Zach Spencer and Tony from the Region Public Adjusters were amazing!! They did not make any false promises and performed an amazing job!! I would recommend Zach and Tony to anyone and everyone for their siding, roofing, and gutter replacements!! They are great at their jobs!! I would also recommend Calumet River Construction for the good job that they did!!

  Our experience with the Region Public Adjusters has been excellent. A special thank you to **** for all the assistance from day one. **** was patient and answered all my questions. We never felt rushed or pushed in any way. It all worked out and now we have a brand new roof and gutters on our house. This simply would not be the case if it were not for **** and The Region Public Adjusters. Our experience has been nothing but positive. Each step along the way I feel that **** and The Region Public Adjusters had our back. Most importantly we felt they had a genuine concern to help our family and our home. I am a very skeptical and cynical person and took the I will believe it when I see it approach and had my doubts. Well, believe it! The work is done and the process went just like it was explained it would. **** and The Region Public adjusters went to bat for my family and hit it out of the park. They stood by their word and clearly walked their talk! Well done. We are completely satisfied customers. Thank you for all of your efforts. The ***** Family

  When the Region came to our door we initially thought they were running a scam but as the conversation went on, we seen that they were the real deal. The process was hassle free and very professional. Not only were they very patient with my wife and I but when it came to the decision making they did not pressure us into anything that we were not willing to do. The work was done clean, professionally and fast! The cleanup was top notch after and we couldnt be anymore happier with our roof. THANKS **** AND GIO!

  The region public adjusters. I would recommend 100%. They are professional, great communication overall.They did an amazing job on my house and ******* they cleaned up everything they handled everything I needed to do I did nothing.They take care of all your needs. They go way beyond to help you. Fantastic job, ************************ and **** are wonderful along with all the other teams.

  My wife and I had our home damaged by a tornado in march 2023. We hired Region to help us through our claim process. They did nothing but lie to us the entire time. I talked to my insurance company (even though Region told me we were not allowed to talk to our insurance company) I found out they werent even trying to help us. Region received over $30,000 from our insurance company and the only work we received was a new garage door under a roof that has giant holes in it. They tried putting in claims on things I told them was pre-existing damage. The absolute worst part is after their lack of work and we called them out on it they dropped our file and took $9,000 from us! When we signed with them they told us if we the homeowner backed out of the contract they would take 25% of our settlement. Which I believe is fair. NOT IF THEY BACK OUT THEY GET 25%. I have written statement from people saying the same thing. The NEXT day after we called them out for not doing their job they dropped us and said it was because they were at a stalemate with our insurance company (NOT TO MENTION 10 minutes after they sent me the release I got an email from my insurance company saying they were going to send someone to re-inspect the damages to my home because I had to send in videos and pictures of the damages since Regin did not. So if they were at a stalemate how did I get done in a couple days what they couldnt in 6 months?!?!) I have written statements from people that ALL say the same thing. It was their decision to break the contract so they should forfeit any money they should receive for anything they did as our PA. Who in their right mind would sign with a company that could drop you for any reason and take 25% of your money?!?! NOONE. Its A direct violation that falls under the deceptive sales act. People need to know about this company! they bullied my neighbor into taking a negative review down which is ILLEGAL too. Please STAY AWAY FROM THE REGION Public Adjusters.
