    We used them for a funeral service in 2023. We met with Anthony and selected a casket and planned the service. We were later informed that there was a scratch on the casket and they ordered another one. That's good. When we came to view his body, there was blood under our loved one's fingernails and his mustache was matted. The funeral costs were not cheap. On the day of the funeral we were informed that he would not be buried because the grave had not been paid for. WHAT??? Unfortunately, we did examine the itemized list closely enough to see that the grave was NOT included in the costs. We've NEVER experienced that before. We had to get a certified check for the cemetery and he was buried the day AFTER the funeral. This resulted in extra expenses that should NOT have been necessary.

    My spouse and I paid off our plan with them 5 yrs ago, and they have all the info incorrect in their computer, now 5 yrs later I have to go there in person and fix this, but do not have much faith they'll correct it, they don't have a clue as to what's going on
