    We have been going to The Growth Center for years. I arrived for an appointment that we had and was told our appointment was cancelled due to an emergency the provider had. I told the receptionist I never received any communication about this. She stated that she called twice and left a message yet I had neither. I even showed her my phone. She proceeded to argue with me and then one of the other ladies behind the desk told me not to get rude with her receptionist and that she knows she made the calls. I also told them I had left work early and pulled my son out of school early for this appointment. They were very rude. I also asked them about their new phone system because now you can’t actually reach a person. I ended up walking out because of how rude both ladies were. I have never been treated this way at a doctor’s office. They both need some training in customer service and communication. I will never go back to this business because of them.
