    *BUYER BEWARE* There are numerous title companies in the area......save yourself the headache of dealing with these clowns!!
    If you try to pay off any debts you have with proceeds from a sale and there is an issue....the people in this office will not lift a finger to help you or resolve the issue. In fact...my experiences with them are that they are the laziest, most futile, most incompetent, worthless, useless and pathetic people to deal with. They have done absolutely nothing to help resolve the issue other than to give advice which would be a further waste of time (explained later in my review). Unfortunately it appears I will have to take these foolish people to court to obtain money which is lawfully mine.
    We closed on our new home this year in April through Momentum Title Agency on Charlestown Road. Everything went fine with the closing itself. We used some of the proceeds from the sell of our previous home to pay off a couple of debts. Momentum cut a check for each lender and I promptly mailed those checks. One of the lenders never received the check, so I had momentum stop payment on the check and I just paid off the lender on my own (I could easily pay it right out of my bank account rather than trying to send them another check).
    When I approached momentum about getting my money refunded, I was told that they could not refund my money because the account # of the lender did not match what they had on file. Their advice was that I needed a statement from the lender with an account number that matched what they had on file in my closing documents. Now, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that such a request is impossible.
    Momentum Title can spin the story however they want. The bottom line is they are holding on to money that is rightfully mine. They know it but just want to cast themselves in a positive light. I’ve provided them with the documentation they requested. At this point they are just criminals.
