    We bought 2025 Puma palimino 402 LFT 09/23/2024 and hot water did not work as soon as ig was delivered. They repaired it a week later with a circuit board. Then we still had to keep reaetting hot water heater about a month maybe then no hot water has several different codes.We have been without hot water over a month this time. They ordered parts and came today still no hot water. They dont always answer phone or call back. Its suppose to be brand new camper. We want to return it at this point.

    Mrs. ****** has had problems with her water heater, but Walnut Ridge has gone above and beyond to help work through the issue.  Walnut Ridge has paid for ******************** to go onsite seven times, if not more, to help diagnose and fix the problem.  According to the Forest River owner manual, the customer must bring the ** to a certified service facility for repair.  We understand that Mrs. ****** is living in the **, so we made different arrangements to accommodate her. 

    Jacks Mobile Repair has replaced the board and the entire water heater. After installing the new water heater, Jacks received a call stating that it was not working again. They found a rubber seal that was allowing water to drip from the roof gutter onto the board inside the water heater. As of last week, everything was working after replacing the board again,and the customer was satisfied. 

    ********************************************* has done everything possible to help ********** through this problem.  One thing to note is that the customer had hot water most of the time but had to go outside to reset the board.

    Purchased a 29RLI Cougar fifth wheel camper from WalnutRidge Family RV. Salesman lied about a rear hitch wiring harness. When I agreed to purchase I was told it would have a rear hitch and waiting harness Took delivery and went to connect to rear harness - none was there. Offered to stop at there place and let them show me its location and to correct door popping open. Their response was to call back and schedule an appointment for 2+ weeks out. Said I have to pay to get a rear harness installed. Salesman lied. Service is terrible. Their motto is Sell it and forget it!!Customer service and support is terrible.
