  Their hammer cocking safety (my definition) is a solution to a non-existent problem and creates a situation where the pistol cannot easily be placed on safety with the firing hand.In addition, the ambi safety is far too thick the quickly move to the fire mode. The **** is thicker at the rear than the actual platform so the thumb has a tendency to be deflected away from the safety lever. Not a problem with a ******* which I have on my IPSC pistols.An inquiry with "****" indicated that the slimming of the pivot point of the safety would not be done as it would interfere with the looks of the pistol. I then contacted a very reputable firm that had done work on my ******* Cup pistol and they stated that they would modify it if they knew the metal composition - B&H refused to respond with that information...at least I never got an answer from them.While they had my ******** I was told that my original grip panels needed to be replaced due to their modifications so I ordered another from B&H and upon receipt found that less than one minute with a ***** file mounted the original grip.The only reason they don't get one star is that the trigger and trigger pull is very nice, but I'm still going to have to send it to another shop to replace the ambi safety and related stuff.As far as the internal replacements I can only stated that the ******** has never malfunctioned after 400+ rounds and that had I not requested the screwed up (in my opinion) hammer/safety system I would be many $$$ richer and a satisfied customer...just sayin'.

  Ordered every upgraded parts kit that they sell for my original ******** ******** **** III. List of problems experiences are as follows:1. They failed to provide an optimized firing pin spring - which was supposed to be included in the numerous part kits ordered. I had to request they ship one. They shipped one.2. I had a question about the proper weight springs to increase reset feel and called to inquire as they advertise experts to handle these types of inquiries. I received a call from a 'sales person' who was anything but familiar with the ******** ******** trigger and springs. He stated, 'I don't know, I have never actually installed one.' I had to email them to complain and they responded with a call back from someone more experienced to assist me.3. Part failure of an ejector which induced a problem - failure to eject - and notified them. They sent a replacement part.4. Part failure of a heavy buffer spring which collapsed and deformed and induced a repetitive malfunction - failure to cycle fully and chamber. I reached out to them with a description of the issue and a picture of the shortened and deformed heavy buffer springs. ** Spring Solutions never responded. Their springs are supposed to have a warranty. The heavy buffer spring failed after less than 100 rounds of factory load 115 grain FMJ. I had to order new springs to replace the defective new spring at my expense.The parts and springs they sent me may not have been metallurgically sound, and failed. The firearm that I own which was upgraded with ** Spring Solutions parts was an original ************************* III with no prior modifications. I am the original owner. It had fired approximately 500 rounds flawlessly with no malfunctions prior to installing the ** Spring Solutions upgrades totaling more than $1,000.They appear to have many satisfied customer, but I have to wonder if those customers actually shoot their pistol more than a few rounds before being 'satisfied.'
