    I placed a order for tires on my power wheelchair because I am a quadriplegic independent on my power wheelchairs. And so on their order site they had tire and tube combination but did not have any option for the tire stem valve selection and so I thought I would take a chance in order it, when they arrived it was not the correct stem valve on the tube and so I tried to contact them via email and telephone with no response with the exception one time I got a voicemail from the manager(or so I think) in on the emails and voicemails I left for them I explained that was not the right stem valve. Customer service is zero in this company, they are not concerned about any issues that arise from their products. They sell you the product and and get paid then they drop you. Very very frustrating here I had a flat tire on my power chair and they still have not corrected and sent me the right tubes that I requested for them to ship free of charge.

    Business Response Hey ****. The tubes that come with this tire are provided from the vendor. Therefore, they are the stock tubes that come with the tire. However, we understand your frustration so we have sent you a full refund for the whole order. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

    Invoice #XXXXXXXXXX Recvd (2)tires/rims on 7/6/22. Wouldn't fit on drive shaft. Hub diameter was to small. Started on 7/7/22 trying to reach LMTS thru their email and phone numbers listed. I have sent 6 emails and 7 phone calls and still haven't had one response from them from either source.The tires/rims were returned to LMTS on 7/15/22 thru UPS. No credit to my card has been issued and still haven't heard from them. Sent another set of messages today. Never an answer when you call. What can be done to get LMTS to stop STEALING from customers. Looks like I wasn't the only person that has gotten ripped off! Buyer Beware!

    Consumer Response On 7/29/2020 a credit to our Mastercard account was issued. I appreciate that LMTS did indeed issue a credit for our return of the tires/rims. I do not understand why it shows Hoosier Wheel? My problem seems to have been solved with LMTS/Hoosier Wheel. The only thing that I still don't understand is WHY doesn't your sales/ customer service answer a text/ phone message.
