    We attended the *********************** concert on 7/15. We paid for preferred parking and showed up early enough to see her due to knowing it was sold out. We anticipated high crowds in the lawn, but once we got there there was literally no place to stand. We tried standing in a few places but people would be rude and tell us we couldnt stand there. The final time we tried to get a spot a guy twice my size was right on top of me yelling in my face. I tried to walk away and 5 other people joined in saying I couldnt stand there because there wasnt room. They were name calling and very aggressive. I was scared and went to security for help. They informed me they oversold the concert and they couldnt do anything to help and to keep finding a place to stand. Due to having a pregnant person and someone with a heart condition I felt it wasnt safe to keep getting yelled at by people. We went to guest services explaining our fears about crowd control and mob mentality and how we felt unsafe and security did nothing. We just wanted someone to walk us to somewhere in lawn so we can safely be in a spot. They proceeded to tell that is what happens at a concert and make fun of us. Finally after stressing we had a pregnant person and me being in tears one lady helped and found us spots. It completely ruined our experience. They ignored our concerns and fears even when I explained multiple times people were aggressive in the lawn. I will never be attending this music center again due to the feeling of being unsafe and the lack of support and protection by staff and security. As an Indiana resident it is saddening that I cant enjoy a concert in my home state, but I would rather attend a concert in a safe environment than experience the verbal abuse and treatment we had.

    The 21st of this month I was attending a concert at ruoff music center, four bands were supposed to play, I paid 20 dollars per ticket, we waited in hour in line before they started passing out water at the front gates bathrooms were far, it was extremely hot, people were passing out, and we didn't get inside gates until about 7 the show didn't start till 9 and only two of the bands played the two openers didn't even play the show was only about an hour and 30 minutes.

    In regards to Complaint #********

    I am very sorry that you were less than satisfied with your experience.  We strive to insure that you enjoy all experiences here at Ruoff Music Center. 

    On July 21st the tour had issues with getting their equipment to our location. Due to this issue the concert was delayed. Limited time only allowed for one of the main supporting acts and the headliner to perform.

    It was a very long and hot day and water was supplied to people waiting in line. 


    Refunds are being given at point of purchase.  If you purchased online through Ticketmaster or Live Nation you can reach out to them by calling the fan support line at ************ or by emailing them through your Live Nation account and clicking the Contact Us link. If tickets were purchased through a third party, you will need to reach out to them. 

    If you have any trouble contacting Ticketmaster for your refund please give us a call at the Ruoff Music Center office at ************ and we will be happy to help you through the process.
