    They offer cheaper tickets to be purchased at the venue but then they never send you the tickets through text like they're suppose to. We lost out on one concert because we never got the tickets. Now we're still trying to get the second set of tickets we purchased at the venue the same day. Someone said they'd be text to us and still no text. It's frustrating because we have a withdrawal on our banking account but no receipt and no tickets. It's so frustrating and we are losing out on money that my husband works so hard to make. We rarely go out to do things and this was our date time to spend together but it's been ruined. Not very organized or very honest to take money but not provide the item. In this day and age it shouldn't be this hard.

    Will never do another concert at ruoff as they forced concert goers to sit on the ground in the dirt as they let bands control how thier customers get treated like trash and they think it's OK will never do another staind concert anywhere they play as they are the reason we have to sit on a dirty ground cause they don't want to allow blankets or chairs at thier concerts.
