    Date of 1st transaction 6/26/23. Location: ***********, *******- ******** Town Center. I purchased 12 Wax Passes-Brazilian on my first visit. I was recommended the package by the receptionist who stated I would save money by purchasing the wax passes and that I could cancel at any time. I had an extreme reaction to the wax on my first visit. I returned to the location on 6/29/23 because of the extreme discomfort I was experiencing from the wax session. I spoke to the General Manager, ****. **** apologized for my experience and gave me samples of their serums, one of which she pumped serum into an open cup, no lid. I went home and tried the serums. They helped some, but I was left with red marks from the abrasive waxing. I returned to that location on 7/26/23, and spoke to ****. I asked for a refund of the wax passes due to my reaction. **** stated that my reaction was from the employee's poor technique and she has since let that employee go. **** reassured me to keep getting the sessions done and if I still have a bad reaction that I can ask for a refund of the remaining passes, without an issue of the 30 day cutoff time. I specifically asked **** if I would be refunded the full amount past the 30 day period and **** reassured me that I can come speak directly to her and she will issue a full refund. I had another wax on 7/23/23, another bad reaction and was told to purchase their product (exfoliant) to recover. Another wax on 8/27/23, bad reaction again. Was told to not use exfoliant. Another wax on 9/24/23, another bad reaction. Was told to purchase serum. The waxing has caused permanent scarring and the products have helped the discomfort minimally. I have contacted the location 4x by phone and I have visited the location 2x since 10/11/23 requesting a full refund. I have not received a return call or an email. I do have the calls recorded, however they are a format that I cannot upload to this complaint. I am beyond frustrated, mortified, and disappointed.
