    I have been a loyal customer for a few years and I have been making payments on services for future appointments at the Noblesville IN location. I had one last payment to pay up on my services and on my previous appointment I made arrangements to be sure the payment came out on the 16th but instead it came out today on the 6th which put me in a bind with my banking account. I called the Noblesville location to get assistance with the payment to see if it could be drafted out on the 16th as agreed. I was not rude or boisterous. I never said any curse words. I just asked to speak to the manager. I've been ignored and I got hung up on twice when I was simply asking when the manager would be available. After being hung up on twice, I went to the location for the manager. When I walked in and asked to speak to the manager, the mall security and police were called on me And again, I say, I was not rude, boisterous, and no curse words. Now I'm embarrassed. At this point I want to be refunded for all the payments for the unused services that I have paid up on which should be over $600. I hate to say it, but the front desk lady racially profiled me when she called the police saying I was wearing a hoodie (it was a fleece pull over) and harassing the business.
    I only put a star cause I had to, but I rate it zero.

    The *** ******** Town Center location has horrible customer service. I purchased a Brazilian package that I'm not able to use and after inquiring about a refund I've had the run around. I've left messages spoke to 3 staff persons who claim to take a message and NEVER hear back. This has left me extremely disappointed and completely dejected at how they ignore the situation. Having basic customer service is rare today.
