1 starAbsolute worst truck purchasing experience ever. From start to finish and even after, they were terrible to get ahold of. Nobody was overly polite or responsive. One person told our bank that the truck was being sold on the spot, the next *** said it was not. We flew down with our own financing, bringing a check for the total of the last purchase agreement we were sent. When we got there, they told us the check was short... but wouldn't say why or how. We were charged a random $149 for no reason. Being out of state, I understand that the titling/registration can be a little confusing. HOWEVER. They are a dealership and should have that down no problem. They charged us the amount for our state's registration and title fees and then proceeded to send us the title from the state where the vehicle was purchased!! We even filled out the *** form for our state while sitting in their office and were told that they would take care of all the title work and registration! Now they are dodging my calls about reimbursing us. The paper we received with the title offered a $25 gift card to get the title done ourselves... but charged us 6.5x that amount to do it themselves. WHAT A JOKE! We will never go back to this dealer.Review fromKeith I

1 starWent to purchase a new vehicle on 05/24/2025, after @ 1 hr looking at vehicles on the lot and no salesman to offer assistance, went into the showroom and FINALLY a young salesman named **, asked if we needed anything, told him the wife and I were looking to buy a specific car that was advertised on the internet, finally found the car in the back lot and we pulled it up front put a dealer plate on it and took it for a test drive, went back to the lot, looked at another car, test drive it also and then proceeded back to the showroom. Wife and I went inside filled out all the financing papers, they appraised our trade in and we came to an agreement on payments! After waiting in an answer from ( *****?) the new car loan man that was supposedly sending the loan app to all the ***** ** came back to inform us that the banks closed at 2 PM?? and again we had waited for @ 1hour, so they would call us on Tuesday ( Monday was a holiday) but as of today 06/07/2025 still no calls from ***** or anyone from **** **** ??? And that's OK, we have a beautiful new car in the garage from another dealer that we took home the same day! The real problem is **** **** ADVERTISED A $ 100 GIFT CAR FOR TEST DRIVING A NEW CAR. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT/ SCAM, I provided a code to Andy Mohr Chevrolet that was needed to receive the $ 100 Master card, but again NO RESPONSE, If anyone asks me where to buy a new car IT WILL NOT BE **** **** PLAINFIELD, the sad part is we had a *** ********* that we were going to trade in that we bought @ 3 years ago from **** **** *** in **** Indiana and NEVER HAD A PROBLEM they were very professional!!!Review fromClay W

1 starDO NOT trust this dealership they are selling vehicles with serious mechanical issues and trying to hide them.I inquired about a 2018 ****** Titan and asked up front if there were any known problems. I was told no by ***** and ****. They sent me a clean Carfax and a dealer inspection report (which conveniently declined to replace a valve cover gasket, despite it being recommended). I told them I would be sending an independent mechanic they said the truck had passed their 170-point inspection and no issues were found. When my mechanic arrived early for the appointment, they suspiciously moved the truck to a remote corner of the lot and tried to delay giving him the keys. Once he inspected it, he immediately found a very loud and clear engine knock and FaceTimed me live to show it, both from inside the engine bay and from underneath. He said the engine had clearly been abused and that I should walk away immediately. He even speculated that they may have intended to use Seafoam or additives to cover the knock before his appointment time, but since he arrived early, they didnt have the chance. Whether thats true or not, this kind of behavior ignoring or hiding major engine problems from buyers is dangerous and dishonest.I ended up paying $245 for my own inspection, but it saved me from buying a truck that would have cost $8,000+ for a new engine shortly after purchase. This dealership repeatedly claimed there were no problems with the truck, then tried to pressure me to drive hours out to buy it after Id discovered the issue. Theyre clearly trying to offload a bad vehicle on an unsuspecting buyer. Avoid this place. Do your own inspections. Dont trust a word they say.Review fromKyle M

1 starWorst service department customer service I have ever dealt with. Made an appointment for 08:45 with the information of specifically needing to pick my vehicle up at 4pm due to work. Was told this was plenty of time for the service. Dropped the vehicle off at 6am by noon hadnt heard from anyone even acknowledging they had my car. So I called was put on hold twice which I sat long enough the phone system transferred me to voicemail. On the third call they put me through to an advisor that was not assigned to me. I asked if they could just have the advisor call me. By 3:30 still nothing. So I called back, then told my $90,000 car has even been touched and they will most likely get to it tomorrow. Now Im irritated due to needing it back same day because I work 24 hour shifts and now Im stuck. Ask to speak with the manager. He seemed to care less that the advisor never even contacted me and said well the appointment is just a drop off time. It could be ***** from that point. Ive never encountered this policy at any dealership.Review fromColby W

1 starMy wife and i purchased a truck from here put 20k down and financed about 12k. I received paperwork for payment from the finance company saying I was approved for a personal loan through the dealership, not an auto loan.I call finance company and im told that is what was applied for not an auto loan. The rates for a personal loan for my almost 800 credit score are 7.92 but their auto loan rates for my credit score are 5.35. I feel **** **** is purposely selecting higher rates and not even showing you the other offers even though they are running your credit multiple places. I will never do business with them again, this is shady business and would recommend you don't as well.Review fromEd M

Spent an hour and an half with salesman, came to an agreement on price. I wanted stock tires and he went to check with manager, told me I could go get a quick bite to eat and he would call me in 30 minutes. 45 Minutes went by with no phone call. Finally I called him and he told me they sold the vehicle to another buyer. I drove over an hour and they knew I was a buyer but sold it out from under me and made me wait while doing so. Dirty business.Andy Mohr Chevrolet, Inc.

1 star***************** ***** IS TRYING TO CON PEOPLE TO SELL CARS! I feel that we got dupped by ***************** ******* sales tactics. We have bought many cars from ***************** ***** in years past and it was a good process that we had went through. In the last several years though, sales and customer service has went down hill.Terrible transparency of any interaction face to face, lies are told. Absolute garbage. Have much more to say but too many characters for this post apparently.Review fromwilliam r

1 starhad i known about thier lack of good service, and thier history of complaints i would have done business with them. they encourage you to buy a service agreement and then find ways not to honor it, in they own thier service company, ******************** corp. talk about a conflict of interest.Review fromJames C

1 starI highly reccomend AGAINST anyone using this dealership. They add a service to all of their used vehicles, and then make the customer pay for it. I recently purchased a vehicle from them at an advertised price, but when I received my paperwork for my title, I realized the purchase price was different than the advertised price. When I called them, they explained that the "Advertised" price did NOT include the price of the ************** they added to the vehicle. A service that I did not ask for, but was forced to pay for. I will NOT ever do business with the establishment again!Review fromJames S

1 starI bought a 2023 ********* Lt **** Cab. Within one week I started having problems with the entertainment system. When I scheduled an appointment I was told that their service department did not provide loaners and that I would need to talk to my sales representative. I made all the necessary calls, even though service and sales are in the same building. When I dropped off my new vehicle I still had to go to sales. It took close to an hour before they had a loaner ready for me. When I finally got the loaner it was filthy inside with some one elses trash and loosing scratch off tickets. Fast forward a couple days (weekend) to Monday morning and the loaner has a dead battery. Andy Mohr Chevrolet does not open until 8:30 am, so I have to wait. When I finally connect they inform me that I need to speak to my sales representative. I was politely forwarded to his phone. When the gentleman answered he sounded as if he just woke. When I explained my issue I was informed that he was not at work yet and I will have to wait until he arrives. I called back and had to leave a message with the General Manager. After waiting for approximately 15 minutes I called back. This time I told the receptionist that I wanted to speak to someone about returning a vehicle. I was instantly transferred to a Sales Manager who told me that the ** was out of his office..He said he would check on my vehicle and call me back. It wasnt long before he called and told me that they were going to bring another loaner and pick up the one with a dead battery. So After 4 hours or more of loss productivity I got to start my day. If I did not mention it before I have a corporate account. If this is the way they treat corporate accounts, imagine how they treat individuals. Lastly, I still have not heard from the General Manager. I guess they are not interested in hearing my concerns.
