    On December 28th 2023. We made an appointment with Liggett's repair for 11am to have our ** front load washer looked at. We explained over the phone what the problem was and gave all of the error codes. She told us that the repair cost would be 125 total. ********************* owner and repair man Arrived 1 hour late, showed up with no tools and absolutely no knowledge of the ** Washer. He said he did not have time to do any research on it. Before he got there, he then asked me how I received the error codes. I said I wasn't sure, that my husband had ran that. I then pulled our manual and gave it to him. He proceeded to tell me that he's never worked on ** machines before. He tried to run a few cycles on the machine after I told him that it only runs for about 5 to 10 minutes a piece then shuts off. i proceeded to tell him things that my husband has done to try to figure it out. We have old pipes and i told him that when H20 comes up on the display my husband will clean the screens out. He then said that all the hoses need changed. He Asked if he could come back due to needing to get back to the shop. I told him we would be gone that evening due to a prior arrangement and he asked about the following day. I told him that we don't need the hoses changed because that code wasn't coming up.During the 45min visit. He proceeded to talk about customers and the way that their homes looked, talked about how he added extra fees for anyone with pets. I was completely shocked at his behavior and how incompetent he was. That evening I texted stating that we will no longer be needed his service. The following week called and spoke about his behavior and that I will not be paying for a service call when he in fact didn't do a service. 1 month later I received an invoice for $820 that included $20 daily late fee and threats to collections. I have called 2 times since and a voice-mail. I then see a FB post today 2/16 on his personal page. our name and amount due. This is slander.
