    They delivered a refrigerator 3 days ago. Said needed to get a part and would be back next day. In the meantime, I'm caring for an elderly man who is a fall risk and we've had standing water in kitchen since it was delivered so he cannot get to his bed. We can't keep it mopped up fast enough. We've tried to contact them, got a hold of them once and they said they'd be here the next day. Since, they refuse to answer our calls, and we haven't seen them. We paid $501.00 But had it stopped and STILL mopping up all day. So I called Thier emergency phone which is his cell phone. All I got were automated ads about his products and have continued to call the emergency line since the business refuses to answer to no avail. NOBODY from this business will get bk with us and we're on the fourth day of this.

    I'm sorry but you weren't even involved in this you were laying on bed in your bedroom. this was a used fridge side by side I told you I don't warranty icemaker or any water parts when u guys came in to look at it as well as your mentor in ****,  that none of my used fridges have any warranty  for water parts & icemaker .It is on all of my price labels  listed very clear but it seems that no one was looking or listening to me when I told both of you this. Now I was told you are the girl friend an *** isn't elderly he has bad knees he not much older then me .so as we deliver this fridge and got in place in kitchen there was water on floor from water line shut off not stopping and you had the line  in a bucket already and it was dripping! so again i said we can hook up water but I don't warranty any water parts on fridge so you guys said go ahead as we did hook up there existing water line  as we did that the water valve on unit was leaking so I unhooked it went back to basement and turned their existing water tap on the close or off.  Then went back to fridge in kitchen and unhooked waterline and put into your bucket that was already there remember. Now this line was still dripping into bucket I was told  by your boyfriend that u guys already had to empty that bucket from a day ago so as I left I told him if I have a water valve at office I would be back to put on if I didn't I would have to order one this was on a Friday so water valve didn't come in till Tuesday and then we installed as told but I told him also to make sure you guys keep a eye on bucket behind ****** because it was no fully shutting of  but evidently no one listened to me once again I made myself very clear so why weren't you out there when I told this elderly man this ??? And *** was the one to pay for water valve and fridge also! so also, they held my cc payment wrote a review and a complaint against Liggett tv when literally it was there negligence !
