      Selling sick dogs and doing nothing. Contract covers them yes and Happiness is Pets is cool with that, never mind the life of the animals but so long contract covers them but contract doesnt protect them from customer reviews and exploiting the sickness they allow people to purchase. I may not be able to do anything but I can definitely ************* along via social media which is very powerful. Ill be posting pictures and videos over and over. Give it time. Youll see that A- rating is going bye bye. Whats funny is youre not even accredited by the BBBwhats that tell ya?

      Im at lost of words about this company let me start by saying they was good to us in the beginning to gain or business we went in to buy a new puppy to help me with grief We lost our son to gun violence so when got ***** we notice that he was trying to sneeze all the time but couldnt get it out so we called them and they said that was just a sneeze that he cant get out because hes a puppy so we went with it but in the long haul it wasnt a sneeze We found out he had an upper respiratory infection and he has a heart murmur so weve been taking him to and from the vet buying this medication thats not really working the vet is trying to do the best they can with us he has something going on with his eyes but no one seems to know what it is they say is the tears we was prescribed eyedrops it doesnt seem like it done too much and then hes been on antibiotics after antibiotics in our baby is still sick so I deal with the grief of my son and then I have to deal with this when youre supposed to be we trusted this company and all were asking for is for them to discontinue the loan because weve put a lot of money into him People be aware be careful

      Thank you for your review; however, I do feel the need to address a few items. Our warranty clearly outlines "approved veterinary clinics" that we work with for free veterinary care within 30 days in the event your puppy becomes ill. We also explicitly state in bold print that we do not reimburse for medical care outside of our approved network. This warranty was both initialed and signed by you at the time of sale. You contacted our store and submitted paperwork showing ***** had an upper respiratory infection 19 days after you purchased him. Unfortunately, the diagnosis was from a veterinary clinic outside of our network, and per the terms of our warranty, we were under no obligation to reimburse for this invoice. However, the last thing we want to see is a customer pay any unnecessary medical expense out of pocket when it is covered under our warranty, so we decided to reimburse you. Furthermore, the grade II heart murmur that ***** was diagnosed with is concerned a "soft"/ "innocent" heart murmur that statistically speaking tends to resolve itself over time. It is not considered a "life-threatening congenital defect" as defined in our warranty. However, once again, we made an exception and went above the terms of our warranty and honored this for you. It is unfortunate that both of those key points were left out of your review. I am sorry that both of those exceptions we made for you were not enough.

      Well lets be ***** we went to your in networking vet first and they didnt check anything they just marked the sheet everything is fine well he passed out on the floor so thats why I end up going to the closes vet and they found all these problems so with being said you guys did have some golden things and you all did look out but in the same sense you all gave a check for everything but the problem is you all win and we lost I have to cash this check and still pay off the loan when in all Fairness you all couldve cut the loan down some and we could have been even its just sad but God dont like ugly and what goes around comes back around thanks for nothing
