      April 7, 2023 - Contacted ****'s RV via RV Trader online form to inquire whether a unit (2022 ****** ***** Wildwood FSX 190RT) was in stock or not. ***** contacted me at 12:52 about the unit and tried pressuring me to put a deposit to hold the unit. Later in the day I filled out a credit app, signed preliminary documents, & put a $500 deposit on the unit to hold. April 8, 2023 - I sent ***** a text first thing in the morning, an email around noon and heard nothing until we called at 2:30pm, they hadn't run our credit or anything. While on the phone with ****, because ********************* wasn't available he was "helping other customers" he hard pulled our credit the first time. April 10, 2023 - Didn't hear anything from them all day long until almost 2pm, ***** stated they were working on our application. April 11, 2023 - Text ***** at 8:02am didn't get a reply until 8:30am. He told me he was following up now. Right after the second hard pull came from ********************, the third hard pull came from ************************ at that time I froze all 3 credit bureaus. A fourth hard inquiry was blocked from Transunion shortly after the freeze was put in place. I sent ***** a text at 9:17am stating to stop pulling my credit with no answer. My husband called around 11:00am & the gentleman whom he talked with said it wasn't his fault, it was the banks fault and they weren't going to extend credit to us. My husband told him to return our deposit. They didn't communicate with me as you would expect when someone is running your credit and holding your money. If they couldn't extend credit they should have stopped after the first hard pull, which has now damaged mine and my husbands credit for up to two years, dropped our credit scoresand dropped my available credit which also hurt my score.

      Sales manager explained to customer we did send their information to banks to try to obtain a loan. Manager further explained when the customer submitted the online application, it gives the dealer authorization to run their credit and communicate it to banks to see if we can get an approval and the best rate possible. We do this for all customers. The manager did have their deposit refunded shortly after. Everything was done according to procedure.

       I am rejecting this response because: the money still has not been refunded, as you can see in attachment from my credit card statement. Also, I understand my credit was going to be ran, that was expected. The hard credit run on April 8, from ****'s RV was fine. Five more hard credit pulls came after that, one hard pull was blocked from Transunion after I put a credit freeze on my credit at all 3 bureaus and there was a soft pull from ************ **** I am not debating the fact pulls to the credit were necessary, that is common sense. Seven credit pulls are excessive and damage a persons credit for up to 2 years. 

      I am upset at the blatant lack of communication skills from all parties involved at the dealership, the level of honesty, and passing the blame to the bank for all the pulls, also I keep being told my money has been refunded. The money has not been refunded. The credit card company isn't even seeing the reversal on their end. I am going to have to dispute the charge at this point. It is unfair to take someone's money, be guaranteed "no questions asked" to have the money refunded and then still not get my money back.

       I am rejecting this response because: the credit card company is still not seeing a refund in progress, nor does it show inside my account either. Besides that fact, 7 hard pulls on my credit causing me to have to freeze my credit because their bank wouldn't stop pulling our credit is ridiculous. Seven hard pulls on my credit alone, not including the pulls on my husbands credit. Not including all the soft pulls either. 

      When and if I have to have my credit ran for anything else, say a mortgage, a lender is going to look at that and see those hard pulls. That is not favorable for me. I want the hard pulls removed from both mine and my husbands credit report. The gentleman my husband spoke with last on the phone said we had a denial beforehand and they still kept pulling our credit to shop around for a loan. 

      On Equifax: Soft ********* *************** on 4/11 & Hard Inquiries: ****'s RV on 4/8 and ******************* on 4/11
      On Experian: Hard ********* ****'s RV 4/8/ and *********************** on 4/11
      On Transunion: Hard Inquiries - Petes's RV 4/8, ******************* 4/11, *********************** 4/11 and a blocked one after my credit was frozen again by *******************. 

      Do you know because of so many hard pull hits I am more likely to have to declare bankruptcy because it lowers my score and damages my options of gaining credit? 

      The RV dealership lost nothing in the deal. I did. I still don't have my refund and they damaged my credit.
