  If I could Id give them o stars they are the worst business I have ever dealt with very sneaky liars they told me they could only take cash no checks for down payment three months later they called threatening legal action saying we never paid it but I had recipients and paper work clearly showed it the manager **** is a rude very unprofessional individual no communication skills the walk through they charge for is ridiculous the person knew nothing about camper had a attitude when I wanted the slides open and the awning out you pay to see that everything in working condition the trailer was not cleaned when I ? Why he acted like I offended him there was a water leak in outside shower that wasnt fixed after I was told it was waited 4 hours on pick up day and was told after four hours they had it fixed went out to hook it up and it was still broken off I was told to deal with it and the guy walked away I hurt my knee on the uneven ground which required surgery no one ask if I was ok they all acted like it never happen the paper work was messed up 4 different times 4 different times we had to go back to sign resign it was a absolute joke once the salesman shows you the trailer and the financial part starts your nightmares begin and service is rude and very unprofessional the delivery driver who finally 6 weeks after purchasing camper deliverd it but could not back up or maneuver camper I made him just drop it in field so I could park it without damage the whole experience was ridiculous

  very poor customer service; no regards to their customers; more so the managers, salesmen and the person who train people on the units; ******, whom i believe is just a parts worker, was the only one who treated ** wonderfully.

  If you want horrible follow up service and to be called a liar, make sure to buy from this place. Service manager *********************** was the most impolite and condescending jackass I've ever had to deal with. The front of my camper is falling apart and obviously has a manufacturer defect. He just continually tells me that I struck something when in fact I have not. The only thing I have ever hit is potholes.One more thing...always make sure you get your rig the way it should be before leaving the lot. When I picked my camper up, during the walk through I noticed the tires being a little towed out on both sides, i asked them about it and they said it wasn't anything to worry about. 2 years later when i realize it was a problem. They also refuse to do anything about that. 2 thumbs down for this place. You have lost my business and the rest of my families!
