      charged $2,605 for a house heat treatment. Had ongoing issue with a couch and recliner and loft. **** came out three times. steam treatment / spray follow-up.I still have bed bugs in my loft.During the three return visits to my property no thorough examination was completed. A thorough examination of the entire loft should have taken place, including looking in the cracks of the plank flooring and spraying not just a mattress but the entire room. The follow-three was substandard.I had another company come out since the last steam and spray and they were both literally appalled define bed bugs hiding behind frame pictures on the wall and in every nook and cranny of a steamer trunk setting at the foot of the bed as well as between the box spring and mattress. This bed is a box spring that sits on the floor with two mattresses on top. All three mattresses should have been upright and sprayed front to back and side to side at a bare minimum this was never done. Their solution, basically, is I can pay $1,095 to have this loft.done. It's an area approximately 400 ft. My solution was to withhold the final two payments of $341 each and they need to come back and do a heat treatment in the law of free of charge. The solution was they would get an attorney and pursue the $682 owed. I did agree if they came back and did The loft heat treatment free of charge that I would pay than the 682 remaining balance. I'm on social security disability income. This was a huge financial undertaking for a person on a limited income. They can pursue but they won't get anything out of my SSDI, the property is not in my name.It's too bad they can't see the advantage to do this heat treatment (which they tout as the only real way to eliminate bed bugs, rendering follow up treatments useless) for the remaining balance owed.
