    Transaction date ===09/07/2022 Amount money=====$1043.80 Business committed to provide=====Fix repair car mechanical problem Dispute is===== Money Amount for service don't provided The business don't want negotiate Invoice# ***** On September 05/2022 ,,,,.I take my ******** ML430 to==*** Automotive or and/ **** s Service Center for fix a mechanical problem=== I explain to them ,,,the car star and drive but when the car reach the speed of 40 mil per hour die ,,,,,.then the car star again and when reach the speed of 40mil per hour die and this happen every time the time ,,all the time,,,They says they go to fix it.2 two weeks later they call me and says ===The battery is bad i provide a good battery They call me on September 07/2022 and says ===You car is ready and I need to pay $1043.80 Same day I pic up my car and pay $1043.80 ,,, I was driving my car for about 10 minutes my car die ,, === same happen again when the car reach the speed of 40 mil per hour die,,,I go back to *** and they says is ok change the gasoline in the thank and everting go to be fine ,,,, ITake home my car for one day and the car never work ,,,I go back to *** and I was told they go to Inspect the ******** again,,,A week later they called me for pic up my car ==the car no work but ,, I need to pay $140= more for the inspection ,,, I don't pay that ,,the says for pic up the car I need pay or they don't let me take the car the car ,,,Car don't work till today 09/23/2022.They never show me or hand me any graphics from any scanner for the job they performance on the car they say s all time they ""INSPECT " the car they dont '' DIAGNOSTIC '' the car .I understand for == "INSPECT "= the car and replace the battery the charge of $1043.80 is to much..Minimum regular commercial warranty is for 30 days ,,, They no Honored this
