Continuing from my last complaint. I took my vehicle in for power steering repair. Long story short, they did not do the job correctly. My car started making funny noises and steering went out again. This time left and right steering was out. I was skeptical and wasn't sure if I should send the car back but because it's under warranty I chose to send it back. I went to pick up my car when they told me it was ready. I let the car warm up due to the cold weather. It was making a whining noise. The same sound that it was making when I dropped the car off for the second time. I sat about 10 minutes before trying to pull off and all I heard was louder whining and as I turned the wheel I also heard whining again. This happened last Friday. Here it is Friday again and I am still hearing noises. I'm not sure what to do. I do know that it's under warranty with them. Do I go back a third time? I'm scared. I asked to speak to the owner multiple times from the initial visit and they never gave me an opportunity to speak to the owners. I believe there's a certain mechanic that doesn't like doing his job or they're taking parts, putting them on other cars or keeping the good parts for themselves and charging the customers. That's just a speculation but some of my parts were still good that they recommended. They even said I needed a new battery that I just bought last year saying that it's old. I probably should look in the battery compartment to see if it's still the same battery. They might have taken that as well. I'm so frustrated with customer ********************** oriented businesses, robbing people taking their money but not giving proper repair or good customer **********************. I guess it's time to file a consumer complaint with the attorney general. All I ask is that they fix my truck right. I paid them more than enough.

I took my vehicle in because I was having power steering issues. It was said that my vehicle was checked out. The service people recommended that I get shocks struts sway bar and links replaced along with hub assemblies. I spent over four grand only for them to tell me that's not the problem I brought it in for. I knew I was having a steering problem. I told them to fix it if that were correct the problem. They charged me all of that money then turned around and said my power steering pump and rack and pin needs to be fixed. What are the odds of that? Those two things going out at the same time. I'm a woman but not naive. They claim they fixed the power steering and rack and pin. No additional charge because of the mix-up. This happened middle of December. I got my car back 2 weeks later now this week in January. I heard a noise pull over. I pop the hood. There's no power steering fluid on the stick. I checked the oil. No oil on the stick. It's by God's ***** that I have been driving this long without complications. I should have checked behind them. Although I shouldn't have to they're the experts. Now I'm stuck trying to figure out if feeling it with fluid is going to fix the problem. I'll be calling them after the holiday. I do not recommend ******** on Bendix drive in ********** avenue. I repeat I do not recommend. I'm scared to take it back to them. Please God bring back honesty, integrity and great customer **********************! PS they only get one star because I had to select a star other than that it's a 0 ? for me.

My vehicle was there to be repaired for transmission work. TMT said it was completed and within a few days it was slipping again. Now TMT refuses to repair the vehicle correctly, even though there is a 3 year 36 month warranty on the parts and labor.
