  When we bought our house 11 years ago, Everydry system was aready installed. We had the warranty transfered to us. We had them come out to check to see if everything was working good. After that, we kept up with the yearly renewal and have had no problems. I would recommend this company to anyone needing to waterproof their basement.

  The Everdry warranty is transferable from owner to owner and there is no fee to transfer. We are happy you are experiencing a dry and ****************. Most waterproofing warranties are 10 years and are not transferable. You have been experiencing a dry and **************** for 11 years and someone else had it done before you. Congratulations on having the foresight to purchase an Everdry protected home. We thank you for you taking the time to share your experience.

  I do not recommend this business. All the one star reviews are true! Rude people after you buy their services. They are like the worst car dealership you can imagine. They all talk about helping people and customer satisfaction. Not true! They cancelled my warranty because I gave them a bad review. Beware of the fine print. They are predators who are trying to scam you and get your hard earned money. They will tell you they have letters thanking them for their work. Lies! Be careful with them

  Everdry has hundreds of thousands of customers nationally and we have over ****** here in our area. 99 plus percent of those customers are happy. We offer a service agreement for the life of the home. There is a nominal annual fee of 145 one time per Year to maintain service and all pumps are covered. Unfortunately sometimes a customer chooses not to pay it which invalidates FREE labor and materials. In this instance the customer did not pay. We apologize for the inconvenience but if I choose not to renew my insurance, I am no longer covered by my insurance company.

  Have had such a positive experience with Everdry! The prior homeowners of our property had put in a basement system with Everdry, but we neglected to follow up on continuing the service when we moved in. I called Everdry, and they were incredibly helpful and understanding. They helped us renew the policy right away. When an issue the prior homeowners refused to fix had water coming into the basement, Everdry helped us to figure out the issue and made sure the problem got fixed. No more leaks, and now we can finally get the basement remodeled. Thanks, Everdry!

  Bunch of crooks that fearmonger new homeowners that know no better into thousands worth of services they dont need. This company has shady morals and their employees are just as bad. Theyll see the real issue and blame it on something else that will get them more money knowing full well it wont even fix the issue youre having. Theres better waterproofing out there. Do your research on the repairs you need before you consult these crooks to have any work done so youre not going into it blind.

  I have been the owner of Everdry for 30 years. We have helped over a hundred thousand customers over those 30 years. Our customers would certainly agree that Everdry was the best thing that ever happened to them. I receive letters every week from happy customers. Your accusations are very general, emotional and non-substantial. I have your file and documentation on my desk that includes 19 pictures that clearly show a need for our service. I have pictures prior to you cancelling your contract that show no protection or waterproofing on your foundation walls outside, I have pictures that show elevated moisture levels in your concrete walls and floor. The system you chose is our federally patented Multi step system which is our most popular choice which addresses surface water, ground water and moisture in the air. We have incurred expenses that you appear to have no intention of paying. We ordered your materials based on you giving us your word and signed agreements. We prepared your order and made multiple trips to your home which is an hour drive each way for us so 2 hours each of those multiple trips, paying someone to do so and fuel and vehicle maintenance in an effort to help you address your foundation which is cracking (I have the pictures) and in need of maintenance. You have taken to social media with false accusations that are unsubstantiated. I was planning on not pursuing the balance owed but i can not in good faith based your false and disparaging words not do so nor can I not turn this matter over to my attorney for a defamation law suit. I started in this business on my 16th birthday and am currently 62 years old and still have a passion to help people. It is truly disheartening to have a customer who is in the wrong to begin with, and double down on social media with lies. We will be in contact. Thank you.

  Your employees seen my sump discharge line dumping right next to my foundation. And as for the moisture on my walls and basement floor there was a joint in my sump discharge line that was cracked and was dumping water onto my floor. After fixing these issues my floor has been bone dry and my sump hasnt kicked on since and its been months. Ask your employee that came out to cancel he seen it and said yeah the discharge line next to your foundation will do that. If youd like a more in depth explaining see my review on your business page and yelp. Also have you seen your reviews on yelp? Customers complaining about these same issues and warning other people of your strong arm tactics. You can threaten me with defamation all you wish but that wont scare me from warning other potential customers of the crooked stuff your company put me through. You guys could have made this right and refunded my deposit when your guys seen all the miss-diagnosis you threw at me but instead you decided to hit me with another bill and threaten me on a review that is my HONEST experience with your company. I have no intention of paying your company another *****. Your company cheated me and I refuse to be cheated out of another single cent.

  Everdry prides itself on a permanent and complete waterproofing solution. When we dug along your foundation we found you have no protection on the walls. Everdry waterproofs the walls and puts in a system that captures the surface water to waterproof the foundation walls and reduce surface water pressure and frost heave pressure from winter damaging the foundation. You do not have any of that protection. Everdry additionally relieves the hydrostatic pressure and captures ground water with the inside work we do. Everdry also installs a battery back up system in the event your pump goes out due to loss of electricity or pump failure which pumps will fail after several years of working and storms will knock out power. Everdry also installs an ********** Ventilation system that moves the air of 7 dehumidifiers and uses only 2-4 dollars per month in electricity where a dehumidifier typically uses 30 plus dollars per month. A dehumidifier needs cleaned and disinfected regularly and an ********** does not. Code for homes being built now require ventilation due to indoor air quality issues. That is what was all included with what Everdry does. Permanent and complete with a lifetime warranty is what you were getting with us. A patch job may help for awhile but all the aforementioned benefits will not be received with a patch job. We were far from a mis-diagnosis and were providing preventive measures, maintenance measures and problem measures. As for Yelp, they only put the negative reviews in front. The positive ones which far greatly surpass the negative are buried in the latter pages because **** wants money from businesses to put all the positive ones up front. Most businesses do not pay attention to Yelp due to the extortion tactics they exhibit. There is a class action law suit against Yelp for their business practices as we speak. I wish you well and we will continue to help the proactive people who are looking for more than stop gap measures.

  I originally seeked you guys out to address the issue that was causing the water coming into my home and you guys diagnosed repairs for everything EXCEPT the repairs that would be needed. I have befores and afters of what was causing the water issue and the current dry state of my basement months after the repairs that you guys didnt do. Even after heavy rain fall. I am not saying that what you guys do would not be a great benefit to any home because the repairs that you guys do are in fact great repairs but not what was needed to fix my issue. All of the repairs that were done to my home were not listed in your list of repairs proving that none of your repairs would have solved the issue I was having. And as far as your defamation threat. In 2016 congress passed a law called the consumer review fairness act to protect consumers ability to leave a review of their experience with businesses without being punished. And there are also anti-slapp statutes in indiana that make it easier for consumers to seek dismissal of a meritless lawsuit (such as a business suing a consumer over a online review of their experience) and can even impose financial penalties. My review was an honest review of my experience with your company. And between the paper work of your diagnosed repairs and the photos of the repairs done and the current state of my basement it will all speak for itself.
