1 starI had a gentlemen come out who pressured me into buying that day, I decided to end up selling my home and wanted to cancel but they have threatened to put a lean on my home if I do not move forward with the project, the gentleman that came out never told me I have three days to cancel only just to sign here this company is shady and I dont recommend anyone doing business with them, I keep getting threatened that I have to pay 28% restocking fee which doesnt make sense since they do the same project in every home. ***** came out and took a look at my mothers house after the storm and gave us a lot of good information about our foundation. He also gave us advice on what to do on the cleanup process. Had an appointment scheduled today with Everydry and **** showed up right on time. **** was very professional in his presentation and throughly explained the process and what water proofing was and could and couldnt do for our older home (built in 1962). After inspecting the inside and outside and pointing on the areas of concern **** presented the 3 options Everydry offered. At no time did we fell pressured to make a decision and **** was very patient and understanding to all our questions and offered detailed answers and explanations. Yes it is an expensive undertaking however we viewed it as an investment into our property. I would highly recommend **** and Everydry if you have any moisture concerns or water filtration in your home.Everdry Waterproofing of Michiana
