I have been a regular memeber at Health Trac, and they have always been fair and offered affordable memberships. Since Beacon took over the gym, they have raised the guest membership prices, student membership prices, and guest pass prices. They refuse to give you a key fab when you check in unless you buy an annual membership and pay the $129,00 annual fee. Therefore each time I have gone in, I have had to stand their and line and wait to check in, because I have to give them my name so that they can check me in.This is inconvenient, and unnecessary, Any paying customer should get a key fab to check into the gym for ease and convenience. Additionally, I went in several weeks before Christmas and asked when the special was going to be when they waived the annual fee (once a year). They didn't give me specific dates, but instead just said it's around Christmas. I went in on December 24th and asked to sign up for the annual special rate of $55/month, with the waived annual fee, and they said, oh that special ended. Whoever entered my information put my email address in wrong, they put stephaniejeanscott instead of stephanieannscott, so I did not get any emails or marketing offers to my email. I am a grad student and I cannot afford a $129.00 annual fee. When I asked if they could honor waiving the annual fee, they responded, "No we cannot do that because then we would have to do it for everyone". Well, I should have been offered the same discount that anyone else was offered during this time. In general, this gym made me feel devalued, and unimportant, and this is my hometown and a gym I have been going to for years. There is much talk around town that the gym's policy and level of customer service have decreased, and I have many friends who choose to not renew their membership because of it. Common courtesy and kindness go a long way. *********

I had an extremely awful time with ***********************************. This box isn't large enough for my complaint. He made up the diagnosis I gave him outside testing for, proving that I didn't have what he put, but he still said that I did have that diagnosis. I didn't!! I even called my other dr to confirm. He left me with a giant complication post-op brain surgery and ignored every concern I made, it took me 4 ER visits to get his attention and the only reason I was admitted for it is because another surgeon saw me and was in shock that he left me the way he did. I had a giant pseudomeningocele post chiari decompression surgery. I could hardly open my mouth, cough, sneeze, eat, drink anything, yawn, or stretch, and I could not move my head even a centimeter in any direction. I feared for my life and this man couldn't have cared less!! I sent so many messages. I contacted the director who ignored my complaints as well, I heard nothing from her. They also wouldn't let me see the patient relations advocate for their hospital when my doctor was trying to force me to take 7 controlled substances for pain that I told him I was NOT comfortable with. At this rate, he's probably making a killing off of giving pain pills to patients carelessly. I mean honestly, it's unreal how little this doctor cares to listen. He completely bad-talked me in clinical notes, and I always brought someone to my appts to listen in with me. I recorded my Oct 4th appt and it didn't match clinical notes at all! I ended up talking to my therapist, and she concluded ********************** to be "medically abusive" and "medically gaslighting". My therapist also suggests their facility look into "trauma-informed care", because eventually, they are going to be hit with a HUGE lawsuit and it's no one's fault but their own. Other doctors said he is "not light and fluffy", and nurses say he "has a god complex". He makes me SICK. I suffered so badly because of him and feared for my life!! I hope this man loses his license.

When you go into your patient portal and look at your appointments it is really frustrating that no address is given for location of the appointment. It's actually in acronyms. To me, this is not acceptable or professional. A patient should clearly see where they need to go and the phone number for the location as well. I shouldn't have to ****** it to find it. I had to call and confirm that is where I should go.
