    We went to recover our belongings from a wrecked vehicle. I had the title and the money to pay for their services. The owners wife hung up on my husband and I multiple times when we was trying to see if our vehicle was there. Then while at Vic's, his wife cussed at us.. made threats and proceeded to degrade us because we only had PLPD insurance on that vehicle. She told us that she didn't have to let us to get our belongings and that if we had proper insurance she wouldn't be treating us this way. FYI we paid $100 for that vehicle. Why would we pay for full coverage. Every time she walked by my car she made comments about not being able to afford full coverage. she also stated that I needed to stay in the car because she isn't the one. This is not in anyway a business should act. Very disappointing that the **** does business with them.

    Whoever answers the phone the ladies are rude and on top of that they went through my vehicle into my husbands personal bag and got our title out and said we couldn't have it when the police told us to ask for it. The ladies have a bad attitude. You cant go through someone's personal belongings like that even the police said the same thing.

    Im very sorry for the inconvenience. The police said that they had to confirm owner ship. The conversation was recorded on body camera. If the real owner of the vehicle wants the title it is available for them to pick up.
