    ***** this company February 24 2024. Gave G&H Concrete, ******** ******* ******** to do a 16x16 patio. He than called and we discussed an over head frame porch on the patio for ********. I gave him *******. That was February ******* again paid cash. Then March ****** met him at bank and I gave him another ******* because he said he could extend the patio to the pool deck. Then he said he needed another ****** April ******* for materials he drove out to house for cash. Last pay out was May1,2024 paid him cash 600. He came out two times to do work on patio which was to put forms up and pit gravel on top of grass. After months of text messages that got real mean spirited. And months of phone calls daily that promised to do work. I filed small claims on him and wife ******* which he said he started this company for her and him are owners. Went to court $6450. He still had the opportunity to come and do the work but never showed up. Do not give this man cash he is a fraud and a scammer. All I wanted was my patio done he has took my cash and took advantage of me. It should be against the law on what he is doing to people because he has numerous lawsuits against him.

    This company is a joke. Showed up on a Saturday to give us an estimate. Everything was great. **** us a price told us he could take care of the small project. Said that we would need to pay up front. No big deal the work was being done that day. Him and his crew came in and did the job looked great. Said that they would come back in a few days to remove the forms, clean and seal the patio. elderly widow across the street had been looking to get her pool deck poored for over ayear. We sent him over to her. He gave her an estimate. She paid him and it has been one excuess after another. Never came back to take the forms off of our patio we had to do it. Still has not came back to clean and seal. Has taken over ***** form neighbor and has not done her pool deack. One lie after another telling us he will be there not showing up. not answering phone calls will respone to text but it's just making promises that he will show and he doesn't it. Will be filing a case againt him

    he most frustrating and unprofessional company/contractor I have ever had to work with, borderline criminal. Do not give a down payment/deposit, you won't get it back unless you were lucky enough to pay by credit card and have the bank do a chargeback. Here is a link to my conversation history throughout my 4 month ordeal with this company if you would like to read it, you can come to your own conclusion (You may have to copy and paste the link below. I can't get the hyperlink to work)******************************************************************************************************************************************* I will say they did show up once to kind of prep the area, which consisted of throwing gravel on my grass. They did not clear topsoil or compact the base. Within a week I had bushes and grass growing back through the gravel. The quality of their work is proportionate to their customer service and communication. Look elsewhere

    This is being litigated in the courts system as he has received a full refund, we did not charge for any work done which in the **************** we are legally obligated to that but wanted to give the client a better experience, and he is now being sued for defamation which the BBB is now aware of, and ****** is sending forms to help me in court with the ***** act as he has posted private messages of hospital stays, he had had 3 contractors leave his job due to this exact situation which will be joining me in court if we go as far as jury trial, and he has also blasted my personal medical messages on his personal ***************** and on here to the BBB which is all saved on file even tho he later deleted it after he was made aware he has broken 4 laws now and even though he deleted them I have ***************************************************************************************************** the court of law.
