    On March 28, 2022, I, ******************************* submitted an order for a pool liner and installation. I paid a deposite of $3000 on April 8, 2022. The only time I had heard an update about my install was on July 13, 2022 inquiring about what pool liner I would like. After that, I had made many phone calls attempting to get an update on the installation date with no firm response. I was first told that it would be installed no later than early June. Early June turned into mid-June, mid-June turned into early July, early July turned into, you guessed it, mid-July. This continued until late August when a crew had finally arrived and attempted to install a pool liner that was too small for my pool. After realizing they had made a mistake, they dropped what they were doing and left. Old pool liner in my yard and new pool liner (half-installed) in my pool. September 23, 2022 (late September) a crew had arrived again and installed the correct fit of liner but did not remove old liner or new liner that did not fit. Also did not cut holes in newly installed liner for return jets or skimmer so that I could run the pool and circulate water. Many phone calls later, Sept. 28, a worker came and removed old liner from my yard but still did not cut holes for pool to function. Called the business again and still have not received any resolve or explanation as to why it has taken so long to correctly install a pool liner or why I have received such poor work ethic and customer service. I have tried contacting the store manager but keep getting told that a service crew member will reach out to me the next day. That phone call never happens and I'm not sure what else to do besides report as much information I can to the BBB to facilitate a resolution.
