    On September ******* I hired HHN Technical services to do a whole house rewiring and 1 small bathroom remodel. I found his company on **** and did not think I needed any references. His estimate cost $150.00 paid on the spot. A few days later I got the estimate, and the contract ask for $15,000.00 up front to schedule the work. He cashed the check the same day, but I never got a starting date. Numerous times I ask when he was going to start, and it was always the same answer he was booked up for now. A month after the original signing he wanted $8,000.00 more he said it was to buy bathroom supplies (which I hadn't picked out yet). I told him I didn't feel comfortable giving him more money till he started on the wiring job, which he had said he wanted to start before the ground froze. I just felt like RED flags were going off. I called **** and Better Business Bureau checking on him and complaining on him. He called me first of November and said he did not think that we had trust in each other anymore and we needed to end this, I agreed! I had a death in the family in November and then Christmas (I knew he had kids) so I waited till January to file police report because I have not received my money back.
