    DO NOT USE!!! If it was allowed, I would have provided zero stars. The location in **********, IN broke my adjustable bed base, was unable to fix it, didn't show up nor did the call when they were supposed to come out to repair, and the manager **** was the absolute worse with ZERO customer service. This company broke down, transported, and set up my adjustable bed. I had to contact the company back the next day due to the headboard and footboard not being put together properly and the adjustable bases were no longer working. I was told that they would be sending someone back at between 12:30pm. The company closed at noon, I stayed home until 8pm, no one showed up NOR did they call. I called the company back on Monday, spoke to a manager that refused to accept accountability and refund my money. I was quoted $195/hr and was charged OVER $700 for exactly 2 hours.They arrived on the 1st day at 8:47am & completed the half a** job they did at 10:27am. I have doorbell cameras to prove so nor sure why they charged me so much and broke my bed. The manager refused to refund me back half despite all the continuous errors the company continued to make. I had to contact the technician of the maker of the bed and had to order an entire new base. I contacted the company back and asked for a manager to call me back, it's been almost a month later *** still no response. The company did refund my credit card back $100, which is unacceptable seeing that the item your company broke cost me over $1500. Someone needs to hold this company accountable. They didn't refund me my money nor purchase my replacement that they broke.****** *******

    to whom it may concern. We performed a move for this person on a Friday. We charge him a time we leave the office until the time we get back to the office. This is called ************. Our men left the office at 8 AM so the clock started at 8 AM. They then drove to The customers house did the move drove to the next city and then drove back to the shop. The move took 2.75 hours. This customer is confused and thinks that the time she is being charged is only while were performing the move. The drive to and from is also included so that is where she is having her mathematical issues. she contacted our office the next day. Our customer service *** texted a crew that was going to be done at noon to please go to her house and do their bed ***air. Apparently the text did not go through and we didnt know it until the next business day, which was Monday. We actually sent out two men at no charge to go to her home. They tightened the headboard and the footboard. Thats what was wrong with it. this was our fault so we decided to try to save her as a customer and we gave her $100 off of her move. Her response was not only should we give her the hundred dollars off the move but also do the entire move for free. We opted not to go that route. After ****** reinstalled her headboard and footboard he sent our manager **** a video showing that the bed was operable and was working fine. This customer started demanding the move for free and when **** said he would not give her a free move. She said she was gonna badmouth us on social media and to anybody that would listen. So far she has sent back bad ***ly cards, and now contacted the Better Business Bureau. Unless she can show that we did some sort of physical damage as we were performing the move we are not responsible for the electronic workings of electronic components. We do not know how well the bed worked before we performed our move. We do know that the bed was completely operable when we left. This was simply a customer that wanted a move for free for being inconvenienced. We apologized multiple times for our men not showing up on that Saturday, but our office does close at noon on Saturdays and we are closed for business on Sundays.We did not know the text message did not go through and as soon as we found out, we did everything we could to fix the problem.
