    This place towed my car in 2/26/2025 for a transmission rebuild. He assured me it would take 3 days, 4 days at the most and quoted me $1800. On 3/7 I had not heard from him, ***, so I called him. He told me they had the transmission pulled and was taking it apart and he would call me 3/8 with an exact price. He apologized several times saying the shop was big and they fell behind. 3/8 came and went with no price confirmation and no phone call. I showed up at the shop this morning and my car was sitting in the lot and had not been touched by the shop. I went in and demanded my keys and I took my car. *** had told me the transmission was out of the car on Friday and here they had not touched it. *** was not in the shop so I called him a hour after taking my car and he still tried to tell me they were working on my car. He had no idea where my car was or that I had came and got it. This is not a business that can provide accurate information or be trusted!
